Where to start is the issue as I only have 100 characters. 1)TIMING BELT SHOULD HAVE DONE AS CAR HAD ISSUES AFTER 1 DAY. 2)GOT TOLD IT WAS WEAR AND TEAR(RUBBISH AND COULDNT SPEAK ENGLISH) 3) AFTERSALES IS POOR TO SAY THE LEAST(OJ I THINK HES CALLED) 4)MADE NO EFFORT TO CONTACT ME OR HELP OUT(2.5HRS AWAY) 5) NEVER ANSWER EMAILS OR RETURN CALLS UNTIL TOLD THEY CAN HAVE THE CAR BACK. 6) COURTESY CAR HAD 2 BALD TYRES AND THE GEARBOX WHINES 7)NO COMPENSATION FOR ME MAKING ALL THE EFFORT TO TRAVEL 8) UNTRUSTWORTHY AND REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS AND FCA. HIGHLANDERS GB ARE VERY VERY VERY POOR .....

Great service and very helpful throughout.

We met with OJ to purchase a Landrover Freelander and he made the process very easy and was extremely helpful. There was a piece of trim missing and he has ordered this and will post as we wanted to take the car that day as had travelled quite a way, I am sure we will receive this shortly. He sorted the taxing of the car for us and was patient while we sorted finance and insurance. Would recommend HIghlander GB. I will change review to 5 stars once the trim has arrived.

car was £250 dearer on arrival than advertised, and was told by highlanders gb it was due to auto trader anticipating my veiwings and adjusting prices to suit. (bull).

They made purchasing my car nice and easy.they were never there pushing the sale but there to answer any questions.would recommend

Good experience, slight issue with the colour but managed to sort it out with Highlanders.
