Reliable seeming garage, good customer service, had the car I wanted at the cheapest price I could find locally. Was able to test drive, purchase and drive away in one day which was convenient and has not been the case at some other garages I've visited

Highlanderes GB seem like a good dealer but in my case was unorganized I turned up for my car that wasn't ready and the problem I wanted sorting when I left my deposit had not been done.
I like to look at the choice without being hassled or followed around by a sales person. I was left to look through the 70 or so vehicles on offer, and choose which I wished to see more closely. I could have taken the car there and then, but opted to come back after the weekend. The car was waiting for me, freshly washed.

The service was let down by a fault on the car that in the end was not resolved. Highlander had the car an extra day to sort the fault which cost me an additional 2 days worth of hire car costs. Once the car was collected the fault appeared the following day. Apart from this, the team were friendly and professional and the brand do sell good quality used cars at fair prices

Car spoke for itself which was lucky as salesperson didn’t know much and wasn’t pro active at all. On collecting the vehicle, another salesperson helped us and the experience improved.
