Absolute shambles of a company made my partner very unwell with stress. As they sent us a faulty car and wasn’t willing to cancel the finance on the vehicle had to call them about 100 times to get a response. Finally got it sorted weeks later after them saying they wouldn’t clear the finance avoid at all costs.

DO NOT BUY THE AUDI Q7 SA09 XSF ( FAULTY) I cannot explain how bad this garage is so not ever purchase any Cars from here EVER. Me and my partner brought a Audi Q7 from here to find 3 weeks later it was faulty there was more faults in the car than what it was actually worth . After ringing the garage to explain this all we got was speak to aftersales which is NON EXCISTANT,eventually we managed to send the car back for them to repair under the warranty but this was not the case instead they damaged the car even more trashed the whole inside and sent the car back to us and said we had done all of the faults within the short space of 8 weeks we had it absolutely disgusting. We then have the garage a 2nd chance to fix the car but again this never happened so We then had to go down the route of a ombudsman to get the car rejected and get all of our money back because the garage would not fix the car. December 2020 we purchased the car and November 2021 we finally got the car rejected thank god. This car is now back up for sale on there webpage AUDI Q7 Sa09 sxf.still with all the faults DO NOT BUY this.

Customer care sucks, Bought a car that was delivered faulty,after sales still haven’t sorted out the problem out nearly 3 weeks later

Fantastic experience with this garage. Initially we had read a few poor reviews on the Internet and when we arrived the outside of the dealership doesn't look much. However - the sales staff were able to answer all our questions there and then. They were contactable on the phone and only to happy to answer any questions. On pick-up of the vehicle it had been serviced and valeted to within an inch of its life and any cosmetic damage had been brought up to standard. When taken into the car storage yard to drive the vehicle away we were surprised to see the amount of quality, higher-end vehicles they have currently in stock and awaiting new owners. Fantastic experience all round!

Adam excelled in customer service and professionalism from the start to the finish of my purchase journey .. He even stayed late after closure to facilitate me . Highly recommended ..
