Excellent customer service, agreed a deal with 2 of their representatives on the car I needed, they were able to arrange around my particularly fussy work commitments and provided a low mileage car of the model I was after, hybrid electric. Car was serviced and stamped before I picked it up, much appreciated.

My old car had died and I needed a replacement urgently. After looking online I saw the car I wanted at Highlander GB. I contacted them and said I was on my way. At 10:30 I has examined and test driven the car. The guys then helped me deal with my own finance people and got the car ready for me to collect the same day. I have never had such good service before
Unfortunately bought a Mercedes a class from Highlanders GB to be last November. Was promised and shown 2 keys , but on collection was only given one. Richard the sales guy whom I suspect was actually a little drunk on the day , promised all kind of things regarding the car but turned out to be lies. He said new brake pads would be fitted but his colleague admitted they weren't. The black guy so called manager didnt do anything about the lies or lack of key and did not want to refund the money. Overall it took weeks for log book to come despite me ringing so many times. Was told will get service history of car on collection but never did. This has been the worst experience ever in buying a car. These people are cheats and liars never to be trusted.
