Polite and courteous staff, a pleasant experience so far, though have only just bought the vehicle so cannot comment on after-sales experience. Hoping not to have to find out.
Can't say I'm over-awed at HAVING to complete THREE reviews in order to qualify for 3 month warranty, even though they haven't stated that they must be favorable.

BOUGHT A CAR FROM HIGHLANDERS GB WHICH HAD A FAULT. THE AFTER SALES IS USELESS AND VERY RUDE , I WISH I HAD NEVER COME ACROSS THE SECOND HAND CAR DEALER.

Very poor service from Highlanders GB. Was promised 2keys, 3 month guarantee, body repairs. On collection was given only 1key and made to feel like I was making things up. Then told no 3 month warranty on car. Other repairs incomplete. Deposit was non refundable, no previous paper work for car, waited 7 weeks for v5. No complaints process for customers. Overall place is a joke, worst place to buy a car . Do not trust

Highlanders GB is a very professional, and engaging throughout. Given time to view cars without any pushy sales tactics. Car was clean, and drove vehicle home on same day of purchase.

Bought a car from Highlanders GB and drove it home. The next day the battery was dead. Still awaiting resolution. I was told I must fill out a warranty claim form, which I did. Did not receive a call back that day.
