Image Image Image Image Image moments ago Conned Avoid avoid I collected my car on Wednesday at 12 despite it being paid for by the finance company 7 days prior to collecting Highlander don’t do weekend collections They still haven’t refused my deposit And I’ve had the car now 36 hrs and a serious engine warning light came on and the car is in limp mode I contacted the after sales team apparently I have to complete a form take photos and send it back to them And wait 7 working days Read your warranty carefully that’s what I say as it’s not worth the paper it’s on Now they have supplied paperwork saying my car has an MOT full service and a valet on the 13/08 /22 My local garage think this is fake Now they will not respond to my emails or calls I’ve had to contact trading stands and the Driver & vehicle standards agency So now have a car that’s un drivable and thousands of pounds in dept Image Anonymous

I have had nothing but trouble with the car, they have had my car 3 weeks and havnt fixed it, it as gotto go back again, which is costing me £80 a time on fuel, which they are not helping towards, I would really not buy from this garage. I have owned the car 9 weeks and still not received my log book and been told to contact dvla instead of helping, really stressed from it all trying to find the money for all the fuel going back and fore trying to get it fixed, absolutely disgusting!

Please please please be very careful of this place if interested in a car from highlandersGB! I was asked to put £1000 deposit on a Range Rover and after I was told the car had to go for a check before been able for releasing the car. After phone call after phone call they finally answer and I was told there was a problem with the reverse camera and needed a part. After again call and call and emails with no reply I finally got through to them 8 days later! (After phoning off my partners number, it was clear at this point they was avoiding me) At this point AJ told me that the car needed a modular part and only Land Rover could programme it and he gave me a date for 15th march. 28 days after my deposit! So this date came and I had to call them yet again for AJ to say the car part still hasn’t arrived at Land Rover yet but not to worry because they are aware of it and as soon as the part arrives they can fix it. So my next point of call was to phone all the local Land Rover garages in and around Coventry and ask them all if any of them had my vehicle booked in? I gave them the reg and surprise surprise not one of them had it booked in with them. At this point I wasn’t even sure if they had the car at all. So I had to get in touch with trading standards Coventry so I could fight to get my £1000 deposit back. After again so many emails and calls with no success, I had to borrow a phone so they didn’t recognise the number (yes, they clearly was avoiding my calls) I finally got my deposit back. I think they do this regular and hope most people will just get bored of trying and let them keep the deposit. Please make sure you go and see any vehicle your interested in first before you give these anything.

I bought a Audi Q7 from them, what a nightmare. 5 days after had a breakdown on motorway. Recovered to it a local garage and had multiply issues with. I had to return the vehicle on my own expenses which is cost £300, left without a car for over a month. They didn’t even paid for the diognaise report etc… It was inspected by proffessional garage with major fault but they said that been inspected and there was a little issue and could be sorted easily with the vehicle and did put the vehicle back on sales and blame the garage for it. They backing the mot had a tailgate door problem which was not shutting and the mot was passed with no issues or advisory. Finally did reject to buy and got my money back. But had a full month with a lot of stress. “”” Just don’t buy anything from them to save time and money”””

Please avoid avoid avoid this dealership! Had to go through bank to get deposit back, didn’t hear from business for a month when buying a used car! Shocking, avoid using Adam!
