The worst experience ever buying from Highlanders GB.I purchased a car on 23/09/2019 Volkswagen Golf but after leaving the garage I have realised that the car is faulty. When purchasing the car I wasn't informed that it was the fault of pressure oil and air conditioning. When I started driving the oil pressure light illuminating and I had returned to the garage straight away and asked for the refund. The salesman refused. I spoke to the mechanic who told me that this car might be dangerous to drive. The garage representative wanted me to take this car onto roads and observe what would happen. However for the safety reason, I decided to leave the car in the garage, We have exchanged numerous emails and letters since but the money was not returned to me.I made smart claim court and I called to Trading Standard Agency

Would definitely visit Highlanders GB again if i was to change or purchase another car. The salesman was very helpful and patient. Overall very pleased with my new car

It was really easy to purchase a car from Highlanders, any concerns we had with the car after test driving it were sorted out quickly before we collected it the following week. There was no hard selling and everyone was friendly and helpful. So pleased with my new car too!

the staff are very helpful and have a large knowledge of cars and the customers needs and are only too happy to get you to your right car. Not pushy in any way and let you tell them what you want and they take care of the rest

This is the most dishonest and corrupt car dealership I have ever come across. Highlanders GB took a £100 as a good will gesture by us and categorically said we would get that back if we chose not to have a car we had seen on their forecourt., However, when we went back for our money, they refused to give it to us. They have lied and conned us out of our money. We highly recommend that nobody should buy or attempt to buy from this criminal outfit.
Good selection of 4x4s in particular. Smart offices. Well-=organised process for paperwork.
The cars were clean and serviced ready to drive away. No pressure selling and pleasant to deal with. Honoured agreed trade-in price.
