Came to look around the forecourt after being recommended by my mom who had previously bought a car from Jack a few years ago. Phoned and arranged a test drive for the following day after spotting a car we were interested in. Jack was very friendly and went over all the details of the car with us before we left to sleep on the decision. Absolutely no pressure from Jack to buy the car.
We returned a few days later ready to purchase and part ex our old car.
Car was then sent off for its MOT and came back with an advisory on 2 tyres which he had replaced for us.
There was some minor repair work to be done on one of the wing mirrors which Jack arranged to be fixed and he even came out to collect the car from me at my workplace and returned it afterwards.
Overall, great customer service and a very friendly face who puts you at ease

Had to initiate legal action to get the seller to fix a major engine problem that developed in the first 400 miles. Cannot recomend. Please avoid.

I was impressed how many liars can say this dealer auto called Jack.I.ve never seen in my life a person like this,every word is a liar,even if you proof him that the car is faulty the only thing what is doing taking shits and when you putting him a serious question is changing the subject or not aswering.Don.t buy a car from this company,specialy a old car,is a waste of time and money they are all broken and faulty!

Purchased a Subaru RX Impreza from Hillfield Motor Company over the phone without even seeing or trying the car, it needed a few minor things doing for the MOT, which were done without question, dealt with Jack, really nice little car, and it was delivered, I’m pleased with the car.

Purchased a Mitsubishi Asx 6 weeks ago from this company & there are so many problems with it,... have had numerous conversations with the manager but he obviously not taking my issues seriously...this car is an absolute nightmare & i want to return it but i just get fobbed off all the time...there beyoned a joke its so fustrating

My daughter bought a car from here. And 8 weeks later failed mot on breaks was told the breaks would of been non serviceable when car purchased as only done little milage since getting car. Took back for them to repair and he told her she would have to pay half. When she picked up car he charged her the full £75 for a hand break cable. Stay away from this garage total rip off con man. Have contacted trading standards about them. The positive reviews on here are fake made by his friends. Trust me please and stay away from this com artist.

Went to buy an ASX on purchase I had a new mot, service and warranty.
The tailgate wouldn’t open and the dealer told me to get a quote and they would sort.
Since then they have ignored me. Won’t answer calls, texts or emails.
Complete waste of time. Save your money and don’t use them. Rudeness like this is deserved when your spending thousands of pounds

I was talking to him about a car I was interested in and he came across very rude and arrogant. Because of his attitude, I told him I was no longer interested, just because I thought that the aftercare would be bad if he is already rude before I've even bought it. He became violent, sending messages which I wish I could post on here but they are vile and disgusting, very threatening, basically threatening violence.
Never again and I'd advise others to stay away.
