I ordered a brand new Toyota C-HR Design with a panoramic roof, which had a two-month lead time. During the process, I was offered a "color swap" from Silver to Gray to expedite delivery. I was explicitly told this was only a color change; however, upon arrival, the vehicle delivered did not have the panoramic roof I ordered. The dealership's delays (totaling two weeks) caused significant issues as I had already sold my previous car based on their scheduled handover date. Despite confirming this with the dealership beforehand, no courtesy car was provided during the delay, resulting in high travel costs. When I pointed out that the car delivered did not match my original order, the only solutions offered were a further two-month wait or a £200 service plan discount, which I felt did not reflect the error made. Furthermore, a similar 2025 model was available in the showroom, but no reasonable compromise was offered to resolve the situation. I raised a formal complaint with the General Manager, but the response lacked any offer of a resolution. I am very disappointed with the lack of accountability regarding the vehicle specifications and the communication throughout this process.

Just bought a Yaris Cross from this branch and dealt with Mark Graham who was very friendly, great salesman, very informative and not pushy at all, Would definitely recommend asking for Mark if you visit there.
Sold a car that broke down after 10 days and was refused my right to return. Only offered a replacement battery despite other faults also. Unprofessional handling of the problem with one staff member reducing me to tears with his patronising comment. Shameful service from what should be a reputable dealer. My custom was not valued at all. The vehicle was not tested or prepared properly, dirty on handover and after problem of breakdown reported to them, they denied that I’d broken down or was any fault with vehicle. There was damage to the interior that I noticed on handover they said would replace panel but subsequently retracted and only offered a repair to panel. It was also sold with one front ‘mud and snow’ tyre and one summer, not exactly ideal! Gutted to have trusted a main dealer and disappointed in Toyota for having this showroom ‘approved’.

My experience with hills Toyota dealership was very professional, Mark Graham was very polite courteous throughout the sale, answered my questions, ran through the whole process clearly put to him no pressure was given on the sale I would recommend this dealership.
I have just purchased a second hand car from you. I found the whole experience very satisfactory. Bradley who dealt with the sale for me could nt have been more helpful and friendly , sorting out any small problems efficiently and making the change over of cars stress free! I am very happy with the service and would nt hesitate to use hills again

I have a 2017 Toyota prius, which developed a fault on the dashboad displaying the EML lights. Cut the long story short it was diagnosed as water pump failure. Hills of woodford had the car for almost two weeks to replays the pump and when i was called to pick up the car, i went for it and it was alright only to wake up next morning and EML back on again, took it back same morning and was told the water pump seized. Long story short i had three water pump replacement and the problem was not solved. I had to take the vehicle to a local garage before i had it properly fixed.

Bought a used Landcruiser from woods £41,000 which is my worst purchase EVER standard of car delivered and after sales service abysmal ! Thought we could comfortably buy from a dealership over the internet having already purchased 2 higher value cars for business this year in the same way and how wrong I was !!! As the dealership it’s the have washes their hands of the issues staying it is pre loved vehicle just wanted to ensure no one else falls for the same !
