I brought a car here over a year ago. Different price to what was online. I had major problems which they told me I was being stupid. My brakes didn't work properly, I had a water leak, corroded alloy and two old tyres. Yet the owner got angry and abusive on the phone and hung up. And wouldn't deal with it whilst still under his warrenty. I ended up spending half of cars price to get it fixed! I wouldn't recommend!! By far the worst dealer
I would recommend Hillside Car Sales. As a customer I found them to be really helpful. Recommend, top rating on all question and I can not answer the dealer resolved any issues because I have not had any since the day I bought my car and this was over 2 and a half months ago

Well there was a couple of things that lead me to recommend Hillside Car Sales in Bedford. They may seem trivial but to me it was going above and beyond on occasions. When i looked around my Honda Civic that I purchased i noticed a couple of chips in the paint and the battery didnt seem to hold the charge. They straight away resolved both and even offered to buy me a new battery for the car which they didnt need to do. For this examples of doing what they promised and more I would highly recommend them to anyone

Bought the car, the payment went through and was authorized (£4000) yet the car dealer would not give me the car. Eventually I got the car and the gear box went 8 weeks later, they ignored my emails, phone calls and messages! I would never go near them again! And now to top it off 5 months down the line the clutch has gone!
