Hillside Motors sold me a car that had barely legal rear tyres had to get front wheels balanced £15 seat belt dont work properly one of the electric windows don't work properly so have to fork another £150 for new tyres maybe the garage you use to check your cars should get someone who knows what there doing. Not good enough!

I viewed a Nissan qashqai on a Monday, even though I got there minutes to 6, Manny happily took me out on a test drive. On the Wednesday I contacted Manny and let him know that I am interested and on the Thursday I arranged payment and got told the vehicle will be ready on the following Monday. The problem was I needed the vehicle for the weekend but Shaun ensured the vehicle was ready on the Friday afternoon even collecting me from sutton station. On the Tuesday I went to start vehicle and battery was dead, the rest of the week it started but slowly so contacted Manny who stated to bring it in which I couldn't do until the Saturday. Saturday morning I arrived they checked and realised the battery needed changing which was ordered and changed over. I am happy, vehicle running nicely and happily. Manny is a nice salesman, Shaun is a great manager.

Second car purchased ........Fantastic example of a reputable family run small business. The busy vibe gave me the confidence to purchase my Nissan from them in 2014 and boy I wasn't disappointed. This is the reason why I'm back for another. Could not fault the efficient profession and courteous attitude throughout my experience. Highly recommend :-)

Well its not often I write a review but I feel it's worth it this time I've recently purchased a car off Hillside motors in Carshalton and I cant believe the level of service I received. The salesman I dealt with was John and he couldnt do enough for me. I asked for the car to be described over the phone and when I turned up to view it from Norfolk he had described it 100% perfect. I was met by John who ran through the details of the car with me then left me to veiw poke and prod at my leisure but always to hand if I had a question there was also no problem in a split test drive for me and my partner and anything I found wrong was promised to be rectified when it was ready to be collected. I arranged to collect it the following Saturday and was promised a call with an update monday which John rang monday as promised and friday to let me know the car was ready and waiting and to finalise details ready for saturday morning, which went smoothly everything was ready the car was spotless and all the jobs i'd asked had been fulfilled. The dealership was clean and tidy and all the cars were in a spotless clean condition and ready for sale. You can see why they have been trading over 40 years if this is the way they treat customers. I hope this helps someone make a decision on there next car purchase from Hillside you wont be dissapointed.

On August 2015 I bought a car from this dealer. I've only been driving it for 3 months and I've had to have the diesel filter changed, the fuel pressure regulator and also 4 new injectors. This has cost me just under £1000. I am truly dissapointed with this car dealer as Manny (sales assistant) seemed very genuine. I will definitely not be recommending this dealer to anybody and if you do, make sure you do a thorough research on the car or pay someone to have the car checked.
