I had a a fab experience with this dealership.Sean whom sold me the car was knowledgeable,took time showing me exactly how the cars gadgets worked even went to the trouble of setting my blue tooth up on the car which he didn't have to do.Even the valeting guys were lovely,they were helpful in every way.im sorry there are other bad reviews but mine is very recent as I collected the car yesterday ,the car is great and so was overall buying and collecting of the car.So I have rated this at 5 stars as it made the buying experience pleasurable not stressful as everything I needed was dealt with perfectly.Thanks Guys.Karen Golding Audi TT Quattro
I found Hiltop Motors to be an unreliable company who are very rude and have unhelpful employees- they sold me a car with faults and tried to cover it up. The front two tyres were swapped with the back tyres. The tracking was out of range and dangerous. I have called many times but no one was willing to help. Once they sell you the car they honestly don't care anymore to the point of rudeness! Stay away from Hiltop Motors.

I totally agree with this review. Exactly the same thing happend to me, they sold me a car in July 2016, not even 2 months later I discovered multiple engine faults and once they've sold you the car they just don't care anymore as long as they have the money in their pockets. Done a lookup on companies house, the directors seemed to have previous businesses selling cars that are no longer around. Probably had such bad reviews that they shut up shop, re-branded and moved elsewhere just to carry on their same cowboy business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Good dealership! I bought a BMW from here back in June. Really happy with everything! no issues at all. The Car was reasonably priced and in very good condition.

They replaced parking sensor before i bought the car. The same parking sensor still did not work after I took it home 50 miles away to Kent, so i drove it back up for them to sort the issue, I told them which one was faulty although at the time (of course) it worked properly although the previous evening I went round the sensors and worked out that it was that one that was faulty. So they plugged it into the computer in the "Specialists" garage next door who said it was the sensor next to the one I said. So after calling around they managed to get a sensor from Mercedes had to wait 2.5 hours for it to be delivered and another hour fitting it, and what do you know. It still did not work, after replacing it again with a different one it still did not work. Arrived at 10AM left at 5:30PM... They finally replaced the one I said was faulty and it worked first time and is still working over a month later. So called "Specialist" next door is a load of shit and needs to get a proper computer. Hiltop also failed to mention the torn and damaged seat on the drivers side, you cant see the tear when your looking in as it is on the right hand side where you sit, so when you get in you cant see the damage unless only 1 person is sitting the passenger seat then the tear is visible. £100 to get that fixed. Wouldn't have been a problem and would not have stopped me buying but they failed to mention the fault in person or on the advert. Also hearing other noises from the engine which are a bit worrying. I bought the warranty from them which hopefully will cover most of the costs although the warranty only covers upto £1500 per claim and £50 per house inc. VAT for labour, any decent mechanic will charge more than this mine is £90p/h inc. VAT. So the rest i'll have to fork out if the warranty company even validate my claim. Finally for a 7 year old car with only 1 owner there was suspiciously low amount of paperwork. The only paperwork i got was the service history printout from Mercedes, 5 services in total with the 3rd one missing in the paperwork. Makes me wonder what they were trying to hide...

I purchased an Audi A3 from this dealership in May. The transition was very smooth and when I collected the car it looked like it was brand new. The only issue with the car was that the rear number plate came off but once I explained the situation they were happy to do the repairs. I would recommend Hilltop Motors.

I would definitely recommend Hiltop Motors, when I was looking for my car I visited a few other dealerships and wasn't at all blown away but when I went to this one it was fantastic I found them to be really knowledgeable and helpful and the car was exactly as described and exactly what I wanted
