My husband brought a car over the phone on 16/12/21, he became ill very quickly and ended up in hospital. On 31/12/21 we finally got to speak to someone at Hilton & explained his condition was terminal & he had days maybe weeks to live 😢 I have been offered a full refund and have an email confirmation but to date all calls and emails have been ignored to get the money back and the car collected. Deep Singh made an offer where we lose £500 because Hilton have their costs (bit expensive) as we changed our minds……erm no my husband is dying 🤷‍♀️ We a.so paid £1000 for extra warranty that so far has not materialised and the company have no record of a warranty being purchased 😡I have contacted virtually every member of the staff including the CEO, I have no choice now but to involve Action Fraud Alert .

I’ll start by saying that I don’t like to leave bad reviews but In this case this is Fully justified! If your looking for a new car and have come across this dealership RUN THE OTHER WAY AND DONT LOOK BACK!!! Find yourself a dealer who values your custom, your time and money, because at Hilton car supermarket you won’t tick any of those boxes. I took about 4 days to Choose a car from this dealer as couldn’t get the finance figures to match with mu budget (not their fault) so after a long chat with the salesman we got a deal done on a bmw 1 series m sport. Pictures were good, write up was good and I thought I’d done a good purchase!! NOPE I was wrong. Car was delivered and I had to Pay for delivery but when the car arrived there was a nasty scratch and scuff on Passenger side skirt. My home cctv will show all This. Turning the car on, engine is rattling making a very unhealthy sound and clear a mechanical issue. Next day I used the car to ensure it wasn’t just bad Coincidence and as I come down the dual carriageway breaking at a roundabout my front brakes start to smoke! Stop The car get out and the brakes were burning based on the smell. Ive written to date 8 Emails to the dealership, I’ve called 5 times and would You belief either the call gets disconnected or they advise I need to speak to someone else. I’ve tried invoking the 14 day guarantee to give the car back but can’t give it back as no one is dealing with my complaints and listening to my issues with there car. They gave me all time in word pre sale and post sale…. Not a single person to speak to not single damn given. They’ve sold a car and just wipe there hands despite it being in a 3 month warranty phase. Lies, dodgy cars not sold as advertised and no customer service care whatsoever! Still to this date (12/1/22) no reply from The garage, car is still With me and garage won’t reply to my emails or calls. I have now contacted trading standards and ombudsman. Complete scam so save your time and money and go to A garage who will deal with Your complaints and respect your consumer rights.
