I was in today and was seen by Barry and Deep Singh and both were excellent I thought I would be there for hours but Barry seemed to know what I needed before I did and made the whole process very easy and quick. I collect my beautiful new car on Tuesday and couldn’t be more excited!

(07412919759 ali message me if you guys want your money i m gettin solicitor need your help).Hi guys dont buy cars from them they are cheaters .they buying the cars from copart salvage cars I have seen it myself copart truck was dropping the cars thr.my problem was that i bought a mercedes c class for 15k very second day it started giving me problems like parking sensors are not working media system not working properly auto start stop wasnt working etc so after complaining to them they suggested me to get the diagnostic report so real problem what i found that its airbags has been recorded the electrician who was doing the diagnostics told me that this car has been involved in an accident its got too many code errors after listening to him straight i took the car to a local bodyshop to find out the about car and guess what in one glimpse the guy told me its a accident car i called them straight away and send the diagnostic report they said they gonna ring me back in 2 days no phone calls recv till now.been advice by my solicitor to send them 3 email hv done tht now its action time(trading standards).
I am quite disappointed with this dealership especially after receiving such a good service from identifying the car to test driving it. My problem is getting my refund! I was asked to pay for a holding fee of £150 before test driving a car but reduced to £50 when i explained my circumstances. I was told that I would get an automatic refund of I didn't like the car. That was the 4th of July 2020 and to date, several phonecalls/ emails and even going to the dealership in person, I keep being promised my refund with no luck, no responses to email and empty promises over the phone! Each time I ring, I'm made to feel like i'm a pain and lay Friday one of the people there had the audacity to tell me, 'It's only £50" when i said that i needed my money back to cover for bills that were going out. How dare he say that to a customer. It could have been £10 or £20 or even the £150, its my hard earnt money! What he didn't appreciate was that I was going through the same hustle with another dealership! I am appalled to say the least! Be warned in case you fall into the same trap. Hopefully, I will get my refund once the Ombudsman has dealt with my complaint.

I purchased a “Quality used Car” from Hilton Car Supermarket on 26th Oct 2019 safe in the knowledge that they are an RAC Approved Dealer and the car would have had an 82 point preparation, an RAC warranty and would be reliable with a new MOT. The car was an Audi A4 and cost me £11000 so not a cheap run around. I test drove the car as far as I could in the local area and it seemed fine. On the drive home the passenger side visor fell off completely hitting my daughter –not just out of the bracket but including the mounting in the roof liner, it had been glued in. The grab handle on the rear R/H passenger side had also been glued in. Then it started to rain so I switched on the windscreen wipers which failed to operate in any mode but fast wipe setting. By this stage I was on the M3 heading west and Hilton Car Supermarket was closed! I noticed vibration coming through the floor pan on the motorway at higher speeds and sometimes the automatic gearbox was a bit ‘clicky’. On the Monday morning I called Hilton Car Supermarket regarding my concerns and was advised to take the car to a local garage and get a price for repairs as I live 60 miles from the London branch. I did as requested and my local garage checked the car over finding multiple faults including electrical wiring that should not have been fitted. The car also did not have a spare wheel or any jacking equipment (nor were the tyres ‘run flats’ [the car was given a new, albeit illegal, MOT on purchase]). They took a sample of the transmission oil and concluded it was not the correct spec. I informed Hilton Car Supermarket of the cost for all the work and they agreed to pay rather than refund me and return my traded in A4. They got me a visor and spare wheel from ebay and I ordered a rain sensor, got the car booked in for a gearbox oil change and thought we had a deal. As of today 11-Feb-2020 I am still waiting for reimbursement for all the work carried out: Gearbox oil change Rain sensor supply and fit All four wheels tracked and balanced (my local garage found no weights fitted to any wheel hence the vibration) Sun visor fit Passenger handle fit Removal of non standard wiring. Unfortunately the list goes on: The brakes started to bind in January – the front discs worn below limits, one caliper seized and all 4 pads below safe limits (new MOT 26 Oct 2019 remember!) I need to put the air on recirculate when sat in traffic as the catalyst is now leaking into the cabin (new MOT 26 Oct 2019) I cannot use the car radio if the rear screen heat is on The dashboard lights go on and off and flash on their own accord. Since buying this car I have spent £1300 on servicing and repairs!
Been a few times to look so new all the process, from the moment I found the car I liked it was very straight forward, test drive, ask any questions, sort paperwork, pick up car, all went very well, staff were friendly and I would definitely recommend, I would have took half a star off if I could, only because everytime I've been I've got no change and can't therefore use vending machine, and they don't supply refreshments,
