It was easy, quick and the sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. The only drawback was that we were left for long periods of time waiting for a test drive / part exchange figure because our guy was so busy with so many customers. Other sales people were milling around while he was seeing 3/4 customers all at once. He was fantastic. It really was a positive experience and I love my new car.

Absolutely loving my Peugeot 3008! This is my first time owning a bigger car, and the transition has been smooth from day one. I like being able to see the steering wheel. The customer service was spot on—there was no pressure at all, which made the process really easy.

I'm currently using my other car a lot more than the one I got from Hilton Car Supermarket, so I haven't driven it much but hopefully next year. But for the couple of time's I have been out in it, it's been going well.

My daughter’s new Golf has been great and ticks all the boxes for what she wanted as it's economical and reliable. I check in with her once a week to see how it’s going, and she always says there’s nothing wrong with it to the day. The customer service was excellent. It was my first time purchasing from this dealership, and I honestly have nothing bad to say about the service we received. The gentleman who assisted us was fantastic—10 out of 10 for his customer service skills. The car was even dropped off for us, making it a smooth transition. All the paperwork was in order, and the process couldn’t have been easier.

There was a slight delay with me getting my car because It was in to have the bumper repaired, but since having it, it's been all good and I haven't had any issues with it to be honest. I had two completely different makes of cars before the Seat and this car is much nicer to drive. So for my first time owning one, I think it's been great.
