So far everything with my Mercedes is going good. I dealt with Kyle on the day but when it came to the collection he wasn't there but the service from him was good.

Overall, I had a positive experience at Hilton Car Supermarket. From the moment I walked into the dealership to getting my car, I felt everything was really efficient and it all good sorted quickly. I've been out and about in the car most days and it's been absoloutly fine. It's a good, reliable car.

The car had a little issue with an oxygen sensor but I managed to get it sorted locally and the car has been fine since. The salesman on the day was friendly, I didn't have any real issues as it was a non hard sell approach.

There was a young lad who looked after me while I was at Hilton Car Supermarket and he was great. I felt he answered all of my questions and he was honest. I've been veery happy with my Toyota since.

4 stars only because I think the cars could have extra checks before customers come to see the car. On my test drive I noticed that the back windows didn't open but this was sorted. I've not had any issues with my car since, its all fine.
