My experience at Hilton Car Supermarket was positive because the advice we received from salesman Jay. We felt he gave us so much time without putting us under any pressure on both of our visits. Giving full information and advice as to which model and price would work best for us. He gave valuable advice and assured us we could contact him at anytime with further questions. Have to say we enjoyed for the first time ever the experience of buying a new vehicle because of his relaxed sales approach.

My experience at Hilton Car Supermarket was amazing because the car was prepared beyond my expectations with many replaced parts for the MOT. The car was gleaming, any chips were professionally removed and alloy wheels refurbished. The car looked brand new and they collected me from train station.

The experience at Hilton Car Supermarket was good because ,after a minor hiccup everything went really well Richard was a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble , overall a good and hassle free experience would recommend to other people to use this dealership

I was pleased with Hilton Car Supermarket and would recommend them because the range of cars is fantastic the knowledge and helpful attitude of the sales staff was great nothing was too much trouble I felt at ease and quiet relaxed. Buying a new car was a big thing but Bristol Street made it stress free thank you.

The range of cars are excellent especially if you are seeking a German marque however the customer service is a lot less to be desired it’s as if they either cannot be bothered or under staffed although I counted 15 members if staff on the day I was there. I would not recommend them on this point
