Plenty of choice, we weren't sure what car we wanted but were able to look around without hassle from sales people. When we decided on a car atest drive was arranged within 10 minutes. Next time we swop the car this will be the first place we visit.

From the minute I walked in i was greeted with a friendly smile, they explained everything i needed to know and was very helpful, i chose a car in the Wednesday and drive it out by Friday, i can honestly say they was very good, i would recommend anyone to go, they don't pressure you at all and leave you too it, the service was excellent..

I have nothing but praise for Hilton Car Supermarket Cars. First impressions of are of a clean, bright and professional showroom, full of quality cars. When I came to look at the car I saw on Autotrader, I was told by Syed to feel free to go and look at the car, to take my time and have a good look inside / get a feel for the car. Kamran was both informative and friendly and was happy to answer any questions. I am very happy with the car I purchased, and would most definitely go back when it is time to replace, but in the meantime will recommend Hilton Car Supermarket cars to anyone.

I would high recommend Hilton Car Supermarket warm and friendly service amazing cars all clean to a high standard nothing was to much trouble for Syeed the car I bought was immaculate had a little trouble with handbrake rung Ian and was sorted pretty much straight away will go back again when I need a new car thank you for a amazing service guys.

Whilst test driving and buying the car was relatively smooth the trouble started soon after. Within 20 miles it became apparent that the car had significant issues. Numerous warning lights displayed, car in limp mode and gearbox not engaging. Less than a week after the purchase I gave the car back and requested a refund. Through correspondence during the following days it came to light that the car had had significant work to the gearbox carried out by Hilton. They had not disclosed any of this with the cars service history. Since I left the car with them I have had no update on when I will receive a refund despite serving a written rejection ten days ago. So three weeks since I purchased the car I have no car, no refund and no clue when this will be addressed. It looks likely that I will start court proceedings against Hilton Car Supermarket next week to get my refund.

The worst car ever and poor service recovery. My jaguar from Hilton Car Supermarket had the following issues: - illegal tyres - no log book (so couldn't tax it) - 1 key when it was sold as having 2 - bowed brake discs - start / stop not working (still doesn't even though they had the car over 2 weeks) - no wiper blades - broken console - no service history (sold as part) - no MOT - 7 weeks or so later the alternator died spectacularly - no spare wheel - no tow eye - air con not charged Some of this you expect on a used car but I should say ALL were noted as checked and perfect...not even an "average" score on anything. Now some of this was done after me arguing...a lot....but was still all signed off as fine on their check list when purchased. When "repaired" my car was sent from Hayes to Milton Keynes and came back with 285 miles more! And no fuel....the manager feels paying for the fuel (that they somehow used on a 65 mile round tip???) Was fair On collection a body panel from another car was chucked on my leather seats. Scratched. CEO hasn't even bothered to help. AVOID THEM They didn't even return the car valeted as promised!

Went to look at a bmw 335 at Hilton Car Supermarket, new mot....really.....found the fail sheet in the boot none of the fails were fixed an illegal tyre on the back worn and pitted discs all round.....the main concern from the salesboy was how i found the mot fail sheet.....but they had put in new pads.......very poor took photos shame i cant upload them....reported to trading standards and also reporting them to vosa to inquire about how they can put a mot on a car like that

Don’t buy the faulty cars at the Hilton Car Supermarket. They’ll go missing once you want a solution. Don’t fall for their customer service gimmick either. They don’t know what customer service is.
