The A1 has been good so far, there are a few small bits I dint pick up when buying it but is good overall. I deal with Paul for majority of the process, he was really knowledgeable and really supportive throughout the whole experience. There was one gentleman who carried out the final bit of the transaction who wasn't as friendly and felt very transactional. Paul was definitely lovely, would really recommend everyone to go to him! I found the A1 online on Autotrader and it really drew me in.

My experience with Hilton was all good, I dealt with Abu, he was really attentive and kept me up to date. The EQC needed a bit of work on the interior before I’d ne willing to purchase it, and they god it all done within a couple of days. I was aware of them through my husband who'd looked for a car there previously. He didn't end up purchasing one, but, said that he'd found it was a good experience. He went and test drove a car there and said that they were really good and that they had a lot of stock available. Their proximity to my home address as well helped.

Vik was brilliant, he was fantastic. I went with Hilton due to the price of the Skoda Kodiaq. What stood out to me was Hilton arranged to pick me up from the train station when I was collecting the car.

The Tiguan is all running well. There was a bit of mold on the interior of the car when I picked it up and I did encounter a couple of delays when collecting the car from Hilton due to work being done on the car. Jawad was very professional and lovely, he kept us up to date on everything that was happening.

The Range Rover was great over all, the Ezenwa was good didn’t have any complainants there. Overall it was a good experience, however it would nice if the dealership could arrange transport from the train station when you arrive. I was after the specific model of the Range Rover Sport and found the one I brought on Autotrader, it was the one from Hilton.

Everything was perfect with Hilton, the whole process was easy. I was the Q4 E-Tron on auto trader, one of my friends had one and I liked it so I went for it. Vikram was great he picked me up from the train station and answered all my questions and stuff.

Vikram was really polite, really professional, really nice, basically perfect. The Polo is brilliant, everything at Hilton was brilliant as well. We viewed the Polo soon as it was delivered, so there were a few imperfections. They were willing to fix it and they did it all in in a short time frame as well.
