Currently I have no problems with the Corolla however I’ve had some issues with the brakes that the Hilton have sorted for me. There has been another issues I’ve had to go directly to Toyota for due to the nature of the problem and the times I could book the car in with the dealership being too far away. On the other hand the Sales process was very smooth and fast.

Although there was a bit of waiting around whilst at the dealership, I did find that the service was really good. Saad the salesman was helpful and really went above and beyond even supplying me with his personal number to contact him with any questions. This was my first time buying from Hilton, and I would go back based on the service I received whilst buying my Golf.

The I-Pace is absolutely fine, I was looking for one specifically and Hilton had one in stock. The dealership experience was alright nothing stood out and the whole process was quite formal.

Everything seems fine so far with my experience, I did find a faulty wheel baring when I went to get it serviced but apart from that everything seems fine with the Ford Focus. I actually went to Hilton looking for a different car but ended up with this one. The customer service was all good they were polite and helpful. It was nothing I wasn’t expecting. No one can be perfect ahaha four stars. ⭐

Very well. I needed something a bit more sturdy due to the state of the roads so the range rover Evoque covered these requirements. I am very happy with it and the guy I spoke to was very knowledgeable.

I ended up at Hilton thanks to Autotrader where I saw the Jaguar F-Pace. On the day I dealt with Ezenwa, they were good. The process to leave with the Jaguar took a bit of time but the overall experience was good.

This is the second time I’ve purchased from Hilton, I initially decided to look at cars from them due to the online reviews but ended up staying for their customer service. The VW Tiguan is going well, initially it had a couple of issues, however they have all been sorted by their perfect customer service. I can’t remember who I dealt with specifically, however the staff were all really friendly and they helped us out. The speed of service stood out to me as well as how personalized the experience was on the day.

The service was alright, the Ford drives fine, the manager wasn’t having it I felt like he could have knocked down abit more. The customer service was decent as well as the salesperson too. 👍
