I have to say, the biggest thing I loved about the process was that as you walk in you just sign yourself in and then you are left to it. You can just go and have a look around at your own leisure without being hounded from the second you step on the forecourt. Then if you find something you like you just take a picture over and go from there or if you don't find anything you can just leave, no pressure or questions about it at all. It is so good to do it like that and I think more dealerships should do this. It was the quickest sale I have ever had and Abul was great.

I was torn between a Land Rover Discovery and a Mitsubishi Outlander so I went down to the dealership and had a look at the selection of both. I was able to take both on a test drive and Abul provided me with all the information I needed and let me have a look at the vehicle history on all of the cars I was interested in. This just really helped me make an informed decision which was fantastic. They understood too that I was under some time constraints as I had come from Guildford and needed to get back there for a set time so they just made sure I got everything I needed in that time to make my decision. Honestly, it all went perfectly and I absolutely love my Outlander! I am very happy so far and will be coming back to nosey at your selection when I am looking for my next car.

It has been a while since I bought a new car so I didn't know what to expect as I have had company cars for years. I was expecting to be pounced on the second I arrived but that wasn't the case. My partner and I were just left to have a good look around without anyone hovering over our shoulder. It just made the experience really relaxed and there was no pressure with it. We could have walked away then and there and nobody would have pressured us not to which I really liked. Once I had decided what I wanted the guys were happy to help me get it all sorted so they were there when I needed them. Although, it was really busy that day so it took a bit of time to get someone but once I did they were great.

I had been looking around for a Kia Niro for a while and was weighing up the best deals. I wanted a good price as well as a good condition but didn't want to travel too far. There were a lot of similar prices out there but Hilton were closest to me and their Niro seemed to be in the best condition. I went to look at it first and it definitely fit the bill. All the guys at the dealership were very helpful, they got me out on a test drive and Ezenwa was lovely. He listened to what I wanted and got everything sorted promptly for me without trying to offer anything that didn't fit what I had asked for.

All the staff including the manager went above and beyond to get me the best deal for my Mercedes-Benz A-Class. Hassan explained the whole finance process to me and made sure I understood everything and then they tried their hardest to get me a good interest rate which I really appreciated. I am glad they did because I love my A-Class even if I do only really drive it to the gym and back.

My Volkswagen Scirocco is 15 years old so I was never expecting it to be perfect and a bit of squeaking goes hand in hand with the age. However, it is all great, I am out in it quite a bit and am really enjoying driving it about. All of the guys at the dealership were helpful and really lovely too!

The point of sale was really good, they got everything sorted really quick for me so the process was very efficient. My Mercedes-Benz C-Class is in such good condition and was spotlessly clean when I took it away which shows they took the time to really clean it for me.

My Nissan X-trail is perfect for long road trips. I had one before but it got written off so I was desperate for another. I was initially looking at the newer model but I found it was smaller than my old one and I really wanted the size as I do a holiday where I drive to Germany every year. I found an older model with Hilton Car Supermarket that also had less miles than the newer one I had seen so I decided to go with that one. It is identical to my last one, it handles the same and even the brakes feel the same so I am just super comfortable in it. I have already taken it on a big road trip up to Northumberland with my partner and it was great! There was a bit of a miscommunication when I came from Leeds to test drive it as the guy who had arranged it for me didn't realise it had been taken into their body shop. It had been scraped at the back so they had it resprayed for me before I test drove it which was really good of them. I didn't mind coming back a second time either as then I could see it in all it's glory!

Alexander was really helpful. He was checking all the details of the car for me and made sure all the paperwork was ready for me to take it away. He had a look at whether satnav could be added and it said it was possible to download it so I was happy, I just need to figure out how to get it set up now as I am struggling with it a bit but I am sure he will help me if I ring him. I went through the finance process with them too and it was so quick and easy!
