I'm loving the BMW 2 Series. The difference between it and the Vauxhall Grandland I had previously is massive. I did have to change the battery and a wheel bearing, other than that, the guys were nice enough. I'd give my experience a 3.5-star rating.

Welcoming, I was greeted with a smile. The sales manager I was dealing with was happy from start to finish. The car is driving fine I got everything I wanted when I wanted it. Hilton did hold it for me as I am four hours away which was nice of them so no one else could have it. I will advise people to choose Hilton and I would go back there!

I have recently downsized, so I was looking for a new car and where I moved Hilton Car Supermarket was close. I am happy with my experience considering I did not know about them before. The Mercedes is running fine I am quite pleased with it actually. Five stars, lovely customer service he supported me if needed he was brilliant.

Overall happy with the car. Sales team freindly and sale very easy. The reason for the 4 is that on the day of the test drive and initial viewing , which was pre planned, the car was not in an acceptable state. The interior had a high level of mould present where it had been cleaned and left damp. The salesman was apologetic and sent the car for a valet but a bit dissapointed. We walked around and noticed a lot of your cars had the same issue. Perhaps a different cleaning regime would help. All that said, happy with the vehicle overall.

My experience with Hilton was not too bad it was good. I am having a problem with my front let tyre, it goes flat quite quick, but I do need to call the dealer about this. I am happy with the dealer five stars.

I needed a family car, so I went to Hilton Car Supermarket to get the Nissan X-Trail. I can't remember the young man's name, but his customer service was excellent, and I had a wonderful experience. I'd give it a good 4 stars.

My new Mercedes A-Class has been okay so far. I haven't driven it much just yet. My experience at Hilton was okay. The salesman answered all my questions. I would have hoped for a bit more transparency in regards to minor issues I found when travelling down to view the car, but other than that, it was all good.

The reason for the new car is my PCP ran out. I bought a Ford Focus from Hilton Car Supermarket in January. I thought the process was smooth and easy, the only thing stopping me from giving it a 5-star rating is that it took a long time to get my V5.

I would of course return to Hilton Car Supermarket in the future, I have already told my friend about them and told them to go and they will help. The Range Rover is running okay. I am having some issues with the insurance documents but I will contact the dealer about this. I am happy with the service. Max five stars!
