My experience as a whole was good, and the Golf I bought has had no problems with it. The only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars was that there was a slight delay when it came to doing the paperwork, which is expected as there were a lot of customers there on the day, so I'd give it 4 stars.

I was just looking around, and I had seen Hilton Car Supermarket and had a look. The customer service was all fine. It was just all good. A normal experience at a dealer.

Really enjoying the car, I have had no issues whatsoever. It was a quick turnaround for me, they were happy to help and answer any questions I had. I would definitely consider going back to hilton again, really easy purchase process.

I did go for a bit of a downgrade from my last car because unfortunately the car I did have was on it's way out. I went for a Mercedes A-Class it is still a lovely car I am enjoying it and it does the job so can't complain. While at the dealership there was a few issues, I needed to take the car home when I arrived so they servieded and Mot'd it prior to my arrival. but as they are getting it for me I was then told that the brakes and discs needed changing so was waiting a few hours and then I was told that the airbag light had come on, at that stage I needed to go as i'm not close to the dealership so I just left it and will take it back at some point to get sorted. I was also told I didn't get any warranty but then got an email to say my 1 month had been activated so that did confuse me. Other than those few things I was happy with the sales team they were helpful and transparent and tried to sort everything out for mw the best they could. For that reason I'd give them a 3/5.

Unfortunately, I had a accident a few months ago and my car ended up being a write-off so was definitely needing a new one. I had a look online and found Hilton had a wide range of cars and when I came up everyone was really friendly. While I had a look at a few cars at the dealer when I arrived, I had my heart set on the Polo I'd seen online at first. When I bought the car the customer service was great and the car has been mostly okay but I've since found the washer jets aren't working so I'm waiting to hear back from them about a replacement part. I'd definitely give them a 5 when I got my car.

3 - after care was poor had to come back twice with fixes that were listed in a complaint the day of purchase. Got told the fixes would be done on the first repair day and not done. Then got told to source a repair for the back seat not folding in a local garage due to travel but when phoning to arrange payment of this fix got told otherwise by another person. Amount of waiting around for the car was ridiculous and not necessary the first time of repair as 2 out of the 3 jobs listed weren't completed. When picking it up the 1st repair got told they had a part that could fix and it would be ten mins extra. 40 mins later waiting for it with 2 kids was not particularly fun.

The Audi A1 I brought has been fine, I had my other car for 7 years so it was time for an upgrade. I did have an issue with the paperwork for the car being able to tax it so I'd recommend them having the documentation for the car since it can be an absolute pain to get it registered. I did appreciate the straightforward process.

We found Hilton car supermarket to offer a decent car with competitive prices and wasn’t too far from home which was ideal. We are very happy with the Audi A3 so far.
