It was easy and quick dealing with Hilton car supermarket. I was in and out after a test drive within an hour, really straight forward with no sales pressure. The MG I purchased has gone well and I am really happy with it.

I'm absolutely loving the car!! The only thing is that we discovered we got bits missing on the windscreen washers but apart from that, its been fantastic. I had a Ford Fiesta before and had a load of trouble with the cambelt so I chose to buy a brand new car instead which was influenced by my husband who raved about electric cars haha. Overall it’s been fabulous!

Very reliable and if I ever needed a new car, I'd probably come back to Hilton car supermarket. Mirza was very professional and didn’t hassle me into any undecisive decisions. They had reasonably priced cars within my price bracket and overall was pleased with the outcome of the vehicle I purchased.

I’m very happy with the Ford I purchased from Hilton car supermarket. My previous Ford S-max died with a MOT failure which was far too expensive to fix, so I managed to find the same vehicle for the right price. I was irritated with not having the service record and the battery dying within 24 hours however they did refund the cost of the battery. Overall I found them very polite and the coffee was good.

Nothing was too much trouble, I was torn between 2 different Range Rover Evoque's. They gave me the time to look over both and even put them next to each other to compare, which I thought was really helpful. Also, since we bought the car, we have not had any issues with it.

The Kia Niro we brought from Hilton car supermarket is a good car. Saad who had really good experience helped me choose a car and he was really good. I previously had a BMW which was costing me on the fuel however the kia being a hybrid is cheaper to run, making it more suitable for my needs. We compared the price to other cars and found it to be really good!

So far so good, no issues with car. the customer service from Saad was alright, no issues in that aspect. It was a super quick turnaround. I part exchanged my golf in and put that towards getting the BMW. Since purchase i have done about 2000 miles in it and everything is running okay.

3 - after care was poor had to come back twice with fixes that were listed in a complaint the day of purchase. Got told the fixes would be done on the first repair day and not done. Then got told to source a repair for the back seat not folding in a local garage due to travel but when phoning to arrange payment of this fix got told otherwise by another person. Amount of waiting around for the car was ridiculous and not necessary the first time of repair as 2 out of the 3 jobs listed weren't completed. When picking it up the 1st repair got told they had a part that could fix and it would be ten mins extra. 40 mins later waiting for it with 2 kids was not particularly fun.

I went to go see the Seat at Hilton Car Supermarket and it looked good, I took it on a test drive then I picked it up and took it home. The customer service was good I can’t fault it, it was on point. Five stars the cars running well!

I needed a few car as my last one got written off unfortunately. I couldn't fault the service from Paul, he really looked after me, he arranged delivery even though he knew I couldn't pay, and that delivery came the morning of. And even after then he text me later on to make sure everything was fine and to see how I was getting on. He didn't keep me waiting around, let me take my time at looking around the car, even when it seemed like I was making a strange request like checking the stereo as the speaker in my last car didn't work. He also had it all cleaned even after I viewed it, so yeah really couldn't fault him! My partner also has said she hasn't seen me as happy with a car before so 5 out of 5 for paul and the car! would highly recommend Hilton.
