My BMW 1 Series has been great and for the time I've had it. I did have a small accident after purchasing it, but I will hopefully get the car back soon. Customer service was excellent on the day, the team made everything straightforward and easy. I got all the help I needed to make sure things went smoothly, with all my questions answered and no hidden surprises. Highly recommend this dealership.

The Range Rover purchased from here was for my dad and I think he is getting on well with the car. It was me that did most of the communicating with the dealership via emails, calls etc.. on his behalf and I was happy how everything went. I felt well informed, and they were quick to respond.

Manically everything is going well with my Citroen C4 and so far everything seems fine. I did have to replace a bottom piece of trim that fell off the car but it was a quick and easy fix. There is always room for improvement, which is why I'm not giving top marks but the guys were sound.

The whole process was very smooth from the team at Hilton Car Supermarket and the customer service was pretty good. Everyone I spoke to was really helpful and there was no pressure from anyone. I love my Jaguar, it's been a great purchase.

I've only had my car for just under a month but so far I'm getting on okay with it. I can't remember the salesman name but I was happy enough with the service I received, even with it being crazy busy on the day.
