Really pleased with my purchase. I was disappointed on the day as I had to wait three hours while the car was valeted and had a new tyre fitted then I had to go into town to tax the vehicle as they didn’t have the correct form but the salesman Kethan very helpful, knowledgeable. They're all friendly, free cups of coffee, it was good.

Cars been pretty much sound. We had an agreement to sort couple of bits once I bought the car. I would need to pop down when I could. Abubakar dealt with me, he was sound. He sold the car to me, the other staff didn’t seem to want to sell me a car on my needs and I felt there was a lack of communication when arranging the finance and sorting collection hence the score but I would 100% recommend them to others.

It was good experience, I would recommend them. They were helpful in getting me the car. When I got to their office they tended to me very well, gave me a guide on how to use the car. It was a quick process within four hours to drive away same day.

Cars good, I saw it online and they are local to me so went over to see them. Elijha was good. I had a look at similar cars in the same price range. I would prefer more continuity when dealing with staff so gave four stars but the customer service was good that day.

Cars alright, it's been fine but getting the car was abit of a nightmare. Due to distance, trying to sort out things before seeing the car was difficult. When I went to pick it up there was rust on the bonnet which I wasn’t aware of so had to wait for them to treat it there and then so waited around but the guys were great on the day, can't complain. They did do the work to the car when I asked.

I’m happy with the vehicle, it's what I wanted but I had an issue with the car and Hilton asked me to get a diagnostic report, send the quote to them and they got it resolved which I appreciated. Three star review as when I arrived to view the car, it wasn't ready even though we arranged it and it wasn’t on site as it was having some work done on it. I waited quite a long time or it to be ready. Saad was great, showed me the vehicle and gave me honest opinions and was also upset the car wasn’t ready for me. We got there in the end. They had all the documentation for the car, two keys and purchase information which gave me confidence to buy it despite the delay in waiting. One chap I spoke to wasn’t interested in negotiating but the owner was helpful in finalising the deal.

The Mercedes-Benz A-Class from Hilton Car Supermarket has been perfect, with no issues at all. The price was reasonable, and I liked that you got the warranty from the dealership themselves it was all very smooth

I found them very good, straightforward. The car needs some work doing through the warranty but I cant put that down to anybody at the dealership. The people were pleasant, helpful. I got on well with the salesman Douglas. I would return and already recommend them to family.

No problems with the car. Very good on the day, sales guys very nice. I would recommend them to others, they were pleasant people to deal with. Abe and Vickram looked after us really well.
