Raqib was good to deal with, he's a good man. Made everything really easy and simple when I bought my car, I would recommend this business as they are good.

When looking to buy a car I found Hilton online, I felt they looked allot more reliable than other dealers I had seen, so after a little online search to look at reviews and stock I decided to buy from them. The salesman Sunab was brilliant, really nice and friendly along with answering all my questions and making me feel comfortable. Overall I am happy, there was nothing significant that I would say to make it better, its a happy 4 stars from me.

I'm happy with my Mercedes from this dealer, its a lovely car. The oil was a little low but I have toped that up so hopefully that will be all good now. The salesman was good and made everything smooth with no hiccups to report.

The initial process was okay and I thought the staff were nice enough, there is just a need for some better organisation. There was a fault with the cruise control which hilton were aware of prior to purchase, and they said to just claim it back through the warranty. However the Warranty only paid half so it was a loss for me. The car also had outstanding finance on it which hilton didn't sort for a while, this should have been something that was done right away in my option. I don't think they are a bad dealership, the staff were all trying there best I think there is just some room for improvement in areas.

I had experience the sales and the team were brilliant I would rate a big fat 10 👍👍

Saad was helpful, he answered any questions to stuff I didn't know. He wasn't pushy, he let me take the car for multiple test drives. It was valeted spotlessly for me prior to leaving. I have to give a 5 as there was not faults throughout.

Good service - I went in with my old car and left with a new one straight away - they were very busy, so there was a long wait and the service, whilst good, didn't feel very personal and then paid a deposit for the log book as I didn't have it to hand, sent the book down to them 1st class to arrive the day after and then it took them 3 weeks to send me back my 250 deposit - overall, good service but aspects took too long

Haseeb was super helpful from start to finish of buying this car. The delivery was also next day from sending the money over so excellent service for that.

I did have an initial issue with the tyre which in all fairness to hilton,they paid for it to be replaced without any hassle. However I have come to realise that the brakes on the car are worn down, this wasn't on the MOT or any documents but when I emailed in to let them know I had no response back which was disappointing as the initial sales was great and they solved the first issue without any problems.

Recently purchased my first Mercedes, I am so happy with it, it drives well and is a very comfortable car. Ezenwa who sold me the car was very good, very helpful and a genuine guy. I would definitely recommend Hilton and a Mercedes if you are looking for a next car!
