I'd give my overall experience a 3 star, The reason is the car is doing what I need it to do, and I'm happy with the purchase. I thought the customer service was okay. I felt there were a few issues that I was not made aware of prior to the purchase, so that is why I've given it 3.

I went to collect the car it was sparkling. The service was exceptional, and the Ford has been spot on since day 1. I'd rate the dealership 10 out of 10 if I could.
