My new Jaguar F-Pace has been great, and the team was brilliant throughout the sale. I am still waiting for my warranty documentation and have tried to contact them multiple times, which is the only negative.

I would give a 4, it would be a 5 if the valeting was better. Contrary to the fact I live 3hrs away I would travel and buy from you again as the sales experience was professional and the aftersales is excellent.

I was a little disappointed because when I arrived at the dealership, the car was not ready as I had been told it would be. I had to wait around two to three hours, and there are a few ongoing issues that I am sorting out myself since I do not live close to the dealership. Syed was very helpful and did everything he could to assist. He answered all my questions clearly and went through all the paperwork with me. I really appreciated his support, and overall the experience was good, just let down slightly by the delays and minor issues. That is why I am giving a 4 out of 5.
