My Land Rover Discovery from Hilton Car Supermarket has been alright for me so far. The service which was done on the car wasn’t quite what I had expected, so I’ve had it redone. I did find the aftersales team a little difficult to reach, and the customer service when discussing issues wasn’t as professional as I had hoped. That said, the manager and Owen who I have dealt with directly, have both been really good to be fair.

Everything's alright so far, the sales process was nothing special, was just buying a car but all things taken into consideration it was good, couldn't fault them. The car is doing good, nothing major has come up since buying it. Even knocked 100 quid off the price.

The staff were brilliant. My only downside is that the car came with just one key - not a huge issue, it just means I’ll need to get a spare sorted at some point. Overall, the car is excellent with no issues, and the staff were great to deal with.

The whole process was good, and I haven’t had any issues with the car since getting it. I did have a few questions that went unanswered, as some of the staff didn’t have the information, but it wasn’t a problem during the sale. Overall, the experience was good, and my new car is lovely.

I’ve only noticed a couple of minor things since getting my car. One is that the valve on the tyre is slightly leaky. It’s not causing a dramatic loss of air, but it might be worth checking out. The other issue is that when I turn on the rear window heater, it seems to block the radio signal, which is a bit peculiar. Again, these aren’t major problems, just small things I’ve picked up on. The purchase process was straightforward, and nothing came up during the sale. My new car is doing okay otherwise. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

They were really helpful and nice people. Saad was lovely, really informative, we'd already picked the car online we went in for that one specifically. I did have to get the tyres sorted afterwards though which wasn't ideal. Aside for the work I had to get done on the car, I'd happily use them again.
