I'm not someone that would typically purchase a car from a car supermarket. Not for snobbish reasons but because I'm an out and out car nerd / massive bore and so usually end up purchasing very equally tedious men in sheds. We would typically share a knowledgable insights into when and why VW used so many configurations on the Passer circa 2002. I got this car from this place because it was a very specific spec, colour code V5V5 (Ruby Black), 3 door, manual and cloth. Been looking for quite some time and couldn't find. Found this, ticked most (but not all boxes). Price was fair as was the condition. Was satisfied with that. The eye opening bit was the sheer volume of completely forgettable cars that this place goes through. Was madness. Pushing out over 500 cars a month!! This was wild to me. Service was spot on, main sales manager chap was particularly a good bloke. I found some issue with part of the paintwork on the car for which is subsequently knocked a bit off. Happy days.

Purchased a BMW 3 series from Hilton over a month ago and after doing a fair amount of driving, I am happy that all is good with it. Despite some issues with our part ex price, the service was really nice.

The Volkswagen T-Roc that I purchased is a lovely car, and I have been loving it. Jamie was the salesman who helped me through the process on the day. He answered all of our questions and provided the information we requested. The documentation was smooth and easy to go through. It would have been five stars if there hadn’t been a bit of confusion on the day of collection.
