The buying experience of the Renault Arkana was pretty quick, which was good, and so was the delivery of the car, and when it was delivered, it was all as described. Other than the touchscreen glitching a few times, the car has been alright.

When we went to the dealership, the salesman was lovely and very patient as we did look at a lot of cars. There were a few things I would have liked to have been done. We were told that there would be diesel in the car and it would be cleaned, unfortunately, this wasn't done and we do have an issue with the screen wash leaking, which we are going to contact them about. Although I'd still give them four stars due to how patient the salesman was.

Whilst I was at Hilton Car Supermarket, purchasing the Honda HR-V was fine. It was just the aftersales that have knocked it down a bit. I have had some issues and contacted the dealership, and they have told me I have to go through the warranty. Other than the aftersales, the experience was okay.

When we first bought the Audi Q5, it did have to go into the garage to have the coils done, but the dealership handled it very well. The work was completed at my local garage, and then the invoice was paid by Hilton Car Supermarket. Saad, who we dealt with, was good, and I'd definitely buy from them again.

I found the Mercedes A Class on Auto Trader and everything at Hilton Car Supermarket was quite professional. The staff were alright and I could tell they had a lot of business going on, which felt like a good sign. A couple of days after getting the car, an engine fault came up. I took it to a garage first to see what it was rather than taking it straight back to the dealership. The fault was cleared and it turned out to be nothing serious, and since then it hasn’t come back. Apart from that, the car has been alright and so far so good.

The Ford Fiesta itself has been good so far, and I’m enjoying driving it. The salesperson I dealt with was really good and helpful. Although I would have hoped for a bit more professionalism from the management side of things and to be able to take the car for a test drive, the car is good, and I'm happy with it.

I've been getting on well with my Mercedes A-Class, and the car has been performing well since I bought it. There were some delays during the purchase process, and a few items were missing from the car. I am also still waiting for a small refund due to some scratches on the door. I had to speak to the manager, Jared, to help get these matters sorted. He was very helpful in resolving some of the issues, providing the relevant extras, and working to put things right. Aside from the issues mentioned, the car has been good
