From start to finish I was treated with respect and received a high level of customer service. I think if your buying a car and you know what you want Hilton Car Supermarket is perfect for you. The process was pretty quick and we got through everything quite efficiently. On arrival I wanted to take a look around the car and I was pleased to see the BMW I was going to purchase was clean, tidy and looking pretty spotless. Based on my experience I would say I would come back to purchase my next car from this dealership and I do recommend Hilton Car Supermarket to you if you are looking to buy a new car and know what you want!

I really like the Kia Niro, its so nice! I am very happy with the service from Hilton Car Supermarket, the staff were very helpful and Harjit was the gentlemen dealing with us and he was brilliant. He took pride in the customer care he was delivering. What I really liked was how Harjit asked if the trainee staff could attend the meeting to learn the ropes, it was great that he asked that that was ok with me. It was refreshing to buy a car here! The best service I have ever received when buying anything not just a car. I turned up with 3 kids and I have a 3 year old boy and he's a little bit of a bugger! He was running around a little, you know what its like and when you're a parent you can get a bit embarrassed but the staff here and Abul in particular were amazing with my children. They even switched the TV on and put the kids programs on, he told me not to worry about my kids they were fine. Abul understands because he has little nieces and nephews, he was so accommodating and made the process so smooth despite my children been there. Abul really went the extra mile for me on so many occasions. He even helped me negotiate a better price. The staff at Hilton were so patient with us, the customer service we received was hands down phenomenal... Last but not least.. the car! I love it, its driving amazing! Its such a dream to drive! I never give full marks ever but this place is very different to anywhere else I've ever been. So, 5* for the absolutely amazing customer care we received!
