I am so happy I purchased my new Ford Focus from HKO Vehicles! Andy truly showed me how important his customers are to him. In the past, when I've bought cars from other dealerships, the initial sale felt positive, but I often struggled to get support for any questions or concerns afterward. However, when I encountered a minor issue with my car, Andy was incredibly understanding. He told me to bring the car back so he could fix it and even provided me with a courtesy car, which I greatly appreciated. The customer service from Andy was first class, and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from him again. Highly recommended!
