Can not really put in to words how brilliant Andy at HKO Vehicles was when buying my Ford Fiesta. He was friendly, informative and really thorough, but even went out of his way to pick me up from Congleton train station when I came to collect the car, absolute legend! Since I have had the car its been great and I am really enjoying it. This will not be the last time I will be using HKO, would recommend.

With us expecting our first baby soon, the time came where we needed to get a bigger car. The boss knew she wanted a Nissan Qashqai, after an extensive search we came across HKO Vehicles. We got in touch with Andy who worked with us knowing our time scale and our budget., he was spot on! Great dealership - would recommend.

Bought my Ford Focus online, which can be a daunting process for most. But Andy at HKO made the whole process smooth and pain free, the car was delivered to me on time and in perfect condition may I add. After this experience I would definitely buy online again, with my first port of call will be HKO when the time comes for a upgrade.

I have always had manual cars but due to my health I needed to make the switch to an automatic. I was hoping to get a mobility car but unfortunately I was 2 points away from qualifying so I had to look at other options. One that kept coming up was the Nissan Qashqai but I found the newer models were just a bit too high for me so I struggled to climb in. I saw an older model locally though and when I tried that it was that bit lower so it was perfect for me. Once I realised the older model was what I wanted I started to have a look online and found this one at HKO Vehicles Ltd in Congleton. It is a bit further away from me but my husband took me down to have a look as I hate to drive in areas I don't know well. The guys at HKO sorted us out with a test drive, I have never had one before so I didn't realise we could just take it out on our own so that was a really nice surprise. My husband drove it with me in the passenger seat as he has more experience with automatics but we fell in love with it and decided we wanted it. The guys were amazing and got it all sorted so that we could take it away the same day. I just had to follow my husband back otherwise I would have got totally lost 😂

I bought my Renault Clio from HKO Vehicles Ltd and I am so impressed with it. It has a great engine on it and has really surprised me. I have been driving it everyday so far and it has been great, no issues at all. The guys were really nice and friendly. Very happy and impressed all round!

I was looking for a new car for a while and saw a Nissan Qashqai locally but by the time I rang it had already sold. By then though, I had my heart set on a Qashqai so I started looking further afield. I saw one with HKO Vehicles and even though it is far away, with me being from Wales, I decided to go down after visiting family in Manchester. It was definitely worth the trip as I love my Qashqai and the guys at HKO looked after me really well. They sorted out getting it delivered for me with it being quite a way from me. We did have a laugh though about how they would deliver it as they were going to drive it and then get a train back but with where I live they would have been stranded 😂 It is a good job I warned them how remote it was so they knew to deliver it on a truck instead.

The guys at HKO Vehicles Ltd were all good guys and gave us that 5* service. My Lexus C200 is running good but may be a bit small. Maybe I should upsize already or maybe I just love that new car feeling too much 😂

We needed a bigger family car as we have just had a baby boy and HKO Vehicles sorted us out with a Nissan Qashqai which was perfect for what we needed. The guys were just phenomenal, really really good service. There were a few things that came up after the purchase but they just took it straight back in and got it sorted no questions asked! Can't fault them at all.
