The Qashqai has been great for the 6 weeks I've had it. Andy took good care of me in the dealership and was excellent at being super responsive. I tend to do long trips as my son plays football, and the Qashqai is the perfect size for all his stuff. I'm only a 25-minute drive away from the dealership, so it's good to know I can pop in if there’s ever an issue.

I'm really enjoying my Qashqai! My partner handled most of the arrangements, but on the day of our visit, everything went very well and to my knowledge, there weren't any issues. HKO struck a good balance between letting us explore the car and being close enough if we had any questions. Since we were travelling from Bolton, if we liked the Qashqai then we wanted to take it home on the same day and when we did come to view it, it was well-presented and ready for me to drive away.

I've had a positive experience so far with my first car from HKO Vehicles. Andrew was a pleasure to work with while buying my Mercedes because I found him to be very transparent throughout the entire process, highlighting stuff about my Mercedes that I wouldn't have noticed. His communication was clear and consistent throughout, which made the buying experience hassle free! All is running well with my Ford Fiesta I bought from HKO Vehicles. I was recommended to look at this dealership through Zuto, they have a stock list with cars and trusted dealers you see. Can not really put in to words how brilliant Andy at HKO Vehicles was when buying my Ford Fiesta. He was friendly, informative and really thorough, but even went out of his way to pick me up from Congleton train station when I came to collect the car, absolute legend! Since I have had the car its been great and I am really enjoying it. This will not be the last time I will be using HKO, would recommend.

Bought my Ford Focus online, which can be a daunting process for most. But Andy at HKO made the whole process smooth and pain free, the car was delivered to me on time and in perfect condition may I add. After this experience I would definitely buy online again, with my first port of call will be HKO when the time comes for a upgrade.

I have always had manual cars but due to my health I needed to make the switch to an automatic. I was hoping to get a mobility car but unfortunately I was 2 points away from qualifying so I had to look at other options. One that kept coming up was the Nissan Qashqai but I found the newer models were just a bit too high for me so I struggled to climb in. I saw an older model locally though and when I tried that it was that bit lower so it was perfect for me. Once I realised the older model was what I wanted I started to have a look online and found this one at HKO Vehicles Ltd in Congleton. It is a bit further away from me but my husband took me down to have a look as I hate to drive in areas I don't know well. The guys at HKO sorted us out with a test drive, I have never had one before so I didn't realise we could just take it out on our own so that was a really nice surprise. My husband drove it with me in the passenger seat as he has more experience with automatics but we fell in love with it and decided we wanted it. The guys were amazing and got it all sorted so that we could take it away the same day. I just had to follow my husband back otherwise I would have got totally lost 😂
