Enquired, reserved the car on line with a 250 deposit, visited and test drove then returned to collect 3 days later, car was as described and drove very well, this is not a high end garage so dont expect too much

I purchased a 63 plate Audi A5 Black Edition from Hoddesdon Motor Company in Nov 2019. When I arrived the vehicle was ready for inspection and the sales team were not pushy and gave me as much time as I liked to check and test drive the car. I thought I would wait a few weeks to check how the car has been and have now had it over 9 weeks and done over 2000 miles in it. The car runs perfectly and I am very pleased with it. I can honestly say my experience of HMC is top class with a car I am really pleased with.

I purchased a Mercedes from this dealership In May. The whole process was really quick and easy! everything has been fine and I am actually pleasantly surprised at how brilliant this experience has been. I have recently discovered a fault with the car but I am still in warranty so this should be fine. No worries at all. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

After buying a car there and highlighting some faults with it prior to purchase I was assured all work and MOT would be completed to find on my arrival none of the work had been sorted and the manager was alleged busy .
the service I received was awful fortunately the work cost far less then he thought which gave me some satisfaction over getting my own back...
but please NEVER USE THAT DEALER he is a nasty person. and not professional ina anyway.

to be fair you were a complete 2 bob had budget tyres delivered to me which i fitted for free and then you complained they were to noisey but you supplied them !!

After being recommended by a number of friends the service I received was spot on from start to finish... The guys took care of absolutely everything for me and the Range Rover sport I brought is absolutely perfect!! I would be happy to recommend Hoddesdon Motor Company to anyone, they were A1 and 5 stars.

Terrible service! Spent £17k with Hoddesdon Motor Company and I wouldnt spend a penny more with them. Completely awful service, false paperwork, card sold under false plates. My time here involved lies after lies.

josh to be fair you and dad begged to take the car you bought which wasn't even advertised it was an old collapsed range rover sport with a facelift conversion which sort of summed you up really range rover for mondeo money and then complaining i had 5 grand out of that car.
