Emergency battery needed for a trip to the lakes, dropped in no appointment Tuesday morning, diagnosed, booked in, Wednesday, morning again within a hour vehicle issue confirmed, part ordered from Mercedes, called Thursday afternoon immediately dealt with, new battery fitted, called again 90 minutes later and fixed. It is service like this from a local run business that’s makes you realise how bad dealerships are in looking after the customers you buy the vehicles from, Mercedes Worcester phoned for help totally useless and still no reply from them. I bought first car for my son . I cannot fault the service I received at Hogan Brothers from start to finish . When a small fault came about not long after buying , I was asked to return the car and the fault was repaired while i waited . A professional outfit with friendly staff .. Nothing to much trouble . ... Always tricky when going to a garage you dont know , but I would be happy to go again either to buy a car or service?repair . Well done !
