Just before christmas I purchased a 2014 i10. It was great service at first. I paid it all off so no finance. It was dirty on the outside and I was told it would be cleaned inside and out. Never happened, but I though its christmas it's ok. I was told I could have the car when I wanted. I had to wait a further 4 days, what for I dont know. The persons response on the phone I've been furloughed my first day back I dont know. Again trivial so I let it go. I was told that the brake pad were new. After a couple of weeks and not really driving anywhere I noticed a noise when breaking. Too it back breaks are fine. 2 weeks later i take it back as they were fixing the central locking (no problems with that) but the brakes were so how 50% worn, but they werent 2 week ago? Again hardly drove it, were in lockdown, kids off school no where to go. Nathan who is a manager, who lied to us and sold us the car apparently told the mechanics theres nothing they can do unless we pay. He didn't have the balls to tell me to my face, even though he full well knows what he said about the car. If that's how he makes money lying to young mums with 3 small children, so be it. Rude isnt the word.

Bought a Hyundai Tucson for £21,500. Paid £359 for the special coating to be applied to the body and interior. Picked up the car 1 week later. It has obviously had a poor valet job done adn NO COATING APPLIED. Basically, they tried to fob me off with the car and earn £359 for NOTHING! So I had to spend my time and effort taking the car back later to get what I HAD PAID FOR! I wonder how many other people have been conned in this way. Next, I discovered the Air Con did not work - so much for the multiple checks they supposedly carry out before selling a used car!! Waited over 2 weeks for the replacement condenser to arrive with the dealer and eventually phoned them myself to see what was happening. AGAIN, I have to take the car to get it fixed. Not impressed in the slightest, and the woman on the service desk is more unpleasant than a pit bull dog. The sales guys are all charm and friendlyness of course but the service and the attemped con are a real let down. I will never buy from them again.

Know exactly how you feel bud, they're an appalling place to deal with, left me with two faulty cars - one brand new from the showroom and another approved used that wasn't actually approved used, they put it on a listed plan warranty from the get go indicating they knew it wasn't approved used and sold it anyway! Had 6 months worth of repairs before I had enough and left them a review warning other buyers - they then refused to do anything to the vehicle until the review was removed, in the end they purchased both vehicles back and I now find they did it fraudulently as they misrepresented the true values of the car and underpaid for both vehicles! And because I refused to accept their shoddy ethics and blatant lies they banned me from every dealership as a result (not just this dealership, but ALL holdcroft dealerships) I asked for the managing director to speak to me but he remained in his ivory tower and declined my invitations. Holdcroft - breaking their customer promise for going on 53 years...
I visited Holdcroft Hyundai Crewe I needed a lot of help and had the most wonderful sales person Daniel Massey he found the ideal car for me. He was professional and explained everything, There was some imput from Steve and Nathan also. When I drove my car away i felt so happy , i was so well looked after. I recommend them all .

This week we had the good fortune to meet and deal with Holdcroft Hyundai at Crewe where we found the perfect car for me. With the help of Dan Massey we swiftly sorted a deal and I picked up my new car on Thursday, all within a very short time. We have been extremely impressed with the friendliness and personal professionalism from Dan, he clearly enjoys his work. Thanks so much to Nathan and his team and to Dan for the personal touch.
