Yesterday I went to collect my first all electric car. Needless to say I was a bit apprehensive from switching from petrol to an all electric vehicle. Darren Hardie put me right at ease, the paperwork was a quick process. Then Darren said now for the big reveal, and my new car was inside a roped area cover in a red cloth. I was made to feel like the queen when he revealed the vehicle. Then patiently went through the controls of the vehicle as all cars differ. Fantastic service from Darren Hardie and Nissan Holdcroft, I would highly recommend them .
Bought my daughter's Corsa here last month, great service from Chris Delport. Kept us up to date with everything from paperwork to delivery. Delivery man was very nice and on time. Pleasure to do business here!

I bought Toyota Prius Plug-In Hybrid from Nissan Northwich. Right from the beginning, I received amazing and outstanding help from Chris Delport. Also, I was impressed with their customer service and felt a high and outstanding level of customer satisfaction. Moreover, the car handover process went amazingly well. I bought a used car this week from Dylan. I can only say good things about the way he supported me. This is the first time I have bought a used car with a part exchange over the internet and I live hundreds of miles from Nantwich. He put my mind at ease and answered all my questions promptly (including WhatsApp messaging). Also, no hard sale which was fantastic!

Highly recommend Nissan Northwich, they were the most helpful and friendly dealership locally! Dylan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in finding me a car. I absolutely love my new wheels and really impressed with the spec and the leather interior. I am really enjoying driving about in my new car. When I came onto the dealership to sign for the car Dylan and the Manager had the big reveal ready for me to drive my new car out of the showroom. Which was really exciting! Dylan then gave me a whistle stop tour of the car inside and out, explaining all the functions in detail so I could maximise my enjoyment and usage of all the special features. I felt very valued and my custom was very much appreciated. A BIG Thank you to Dylan and all the staff for all your exceptional help. :)
