I needed to change my car and MG Holden Norwich had the car that fitted my needs and has a party exchange service. I was expecting a really tedious experience. How wrong I was. The team were brilliant right from the start and guided me through the whole experience and continued to be so even with the after sales issues. I have to thank Martin Green who was the main person I dealt with. He was knowledgeable and a fun sales man. If he did not know the answer to my question he researched the answer. I was also impressed how this company has someone who answers the telephone and passes on messages...no fobbing off or terrible music. I will return for the serving of the car because of my buying experience and the team. Thank you for making buying a second hand car an enjoyable experience. And I am delighted with my purchase. Hi What an amazing team you all are! I had to drop one of my residents cars off for a service today. And asked for a plug to do some work. You guys were amazing especially Zoe who gave me a desk to work from and made me splendid cup of teas. Thanks so much. You were all so polite!

Bought last year second hand thay have. Been small problem s. That they have fixed.no bother. And as a cutesy filled my petrol tank .karen service the manager is great and very noligable at mazda Oldham .

From the moment I walked onto the forecourt to collecting my car, it was a pleasant & uncomplicated experience. I was well looked after & always treated with courtesy even for my meagre needs. i enquired about a bmw 1 series on the kia holden website. simon was quick to reply with all the questions i needed answered along with a video of the car. after traveling from scotland to collect the car simon was very welcoming and helped from start to finish. a very smooth transaction, can’t recommend simon highly enough for all his help through the enquiry of the car and collection of the car.
