After not having the easiest time with buying cars and moving into the area, I went on a search to find a reputable company. After coming across Hollins and reviewing the reviews and cars, I decided to pop out with my husband to look at two cars of interest. We were both taken aback by the warmth of Dan & Richard and kindness. Not once did we feel pushed to decide and felt like I had all the time in the world to decide on which car I wanted but from the first sit in the second car, I knew it was the one! After a test drive, I raised a concern re the service & brake pads in which they went above and beyond to get this sorted before I took the car with a full 12 month MOT too. What also wowed me away was the fact that they not only assisted with a better finance rate than I had previously sourced but they also helped me with the tax and printed out everything for me to keep on hand. Absolutely over the moon with the genuine car and kindness given to me and has fully restored my faith in the industry. Thank you so much!️

Had a great experience with these guys- although I bought the car from 250 miles away I was confident I could trust them- sent me all the photos and service history, and it was clearly well looked after. They obviously went the extra mile, doing bits of smart repair before selling it, along with doing a new MOT.

Rating:5. Reasons - We received excellent service from both Dan and Richard right from the start. We travelled down by train (from Scotland) and were met by Johnny, in the car we ultimately bought. We were impressed by their attention to detail and their old-fashioned approach to things like the service manual. Also, Richard said that generations of families get their cars from them, as they can clearly trust the company. We were delighted to take delivery a few days later of the promised mats. Absolutely would recommend Hollins Hill Cars .By the way, I'm still delighted with the Caddy!

I was looking at a few options for the Nissan and my friend recommended me too Hollins Hill Cars and he seemed to have a good experience and I did too! Everybody seemed really good when I was there. Good customer service five stars top marks 😊

Me and my daughter went down to Hollins Hill and gave the Ford a test drive and it went well they were very accommodating definitely a five star. Overall, it was good. I would definitely go back!

Cars is running well and I'm enjoying it. I had a van before and just wanted a normal vehicle so we got the Qashqai and its absolutely doing the job. We'd bought a car off Hollins Hill before and its always good service and good prices.

can't fault them, Yes that's fine with me, they were amazing from initially going to view the car right up to driving away after buying it. Richard in particular as that's who I dealt with :)

While I don't really use the car as much as it’s just to get to work and back, buts been fantastic as so have Hollins Hill Garage nothing is too much to ask they have been brilliant, We have always had two but my last one gotten written off and needed something for when I go back to work. I was recommended Hollins Hill by somebody and they are local to me, so I knew about them anyway. All in all, everything was done really, nothing was too much to ask

I got the Citroen C1 from Hollins Hill, it’s my first car and Richard was really good. He didn't pressure us or anything, let us go have a test drive and put it us at ease. Being the first car its quite stressful and worrying but I'm very happy with the service I'd definitely go back. The only issue I've got is with the rear wiper it seems to make a squeaking noise and I'm not sure what it is but other than that its fine. We were looking online and found this one to be the best within reasonably driving distance, then looked into Hollins Hill and all the feedback was positive and felt genuine. I think Richard realised I was a little nervous, so he didn't sit in with me of the test he let me take the car down the road on my own. It felt really nice that he wasn't doing a hard sell, which I've heard may not be the case with bigger dealerships. Actually, we bought the car the same day we viewed it because he didn't pressure us. He explained the finance all the finance situation too because I wasn't sure how it all worked and the rates were some the best on the market, he clearly uses them because there good at what they do.
