Although I had a small issue with the car initially, the team couldn’t have been more apologetic and sorted it out for me super quickly. Now, my VW Polo is running flawlessly. I thoroughly enjoy the time I get to spend behind the wheel in my Hyundai. Now that I have written this review, I will probably jinx it though; let's hope not. 🤣. My Vauxhall Corsa is a fantastic car, recently getting me all the way to Scotland and back without a single issue. Dan and Richard were such lovely guys—both incredibly knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions with ease. What I appreciated most was that I never felt under any pressure during the sale. They gave me all the time I needed to make an informed decision, and that made things so much more comfortable. My new Ford is excellent, with no issues to report. Throughout the process the customer service was brilliant, very helpful and friendly. The team took the time to talk us through everything, and the test drive went smoothly. They spent some time explaining all the car controls to me so when i drove away i was totally comfortable with all of them. I have already recommended the dealership to friends, and my daughter is now considering getting a car from there as well.

The golf is exactly what I was looking for! I was actually looking for quite a while as I wanted this specific type and colour but within a certain price budget. Most of the ones I found were over the budget until I found these guys. Which was an incredibly decent price! For what it was it was an incredibly decent price. When I saw it came up on Autotrader I reserved it and then went down a few days later. I fell in love with it! The customer service was perfect. they were very co operative with me and told me all the information I needed to know about the car. Richard and dan were both amazing, they went through and explained everything to me. I told them I would take some time to decide and then came back a few days later as I knew I couldn’t not have it, and I have no regrets.
