Can't recommend these guys enough. Really chuffed with our new Skoda and the experience we had was amazing. No complaints at all, everything was as hoped for and we couldn't be happier.

I had been browsing for a while to find the exact Honda I wanted. I wanted it to be diesel with leather seats. So when I came across Hollins Hill Cars, I didn't even bother much with looking at the pictures. Once seeing it matched my criteria I went down to have a look. I must say the pictures were an accurate representation and there were no hidden surprises. It was worth the long drive. Dan was absolutely brilliant. There was no pushiness at all. He just handed me the keys, let me test drive it on my own and get a proper feel for the car. I came back and we had a nice chat about the car amongst other things, like price, warranty etc. He gave me a decent price, and then we went through the paperwork together, and walked away extremely pleased. I traded in a Honda, so I knew my way around the car already.

The car is actually for my daughter as she is learning to drive. I headed down to the dealership with her and everything went fantastically. My daughter seems like she is loving the car so all is well an good. They talked through everything with us whilst there and made sure we were comfortable with everything. They answered all of our questions and gave us all the information we needed. Everything went honky dory and I could not fault them.

The BMW drives beautifully. The guys down at Hollins Hill were perfect, There was no pressure at all, and they were incredibly helpful. Everyone was incredibly relaxed. I spoke to the manager as I couldn't figure out how to work the dashcam. He went out of his way to contact the previous owner to find out and then advise me on how to get it up and running. They have all been very nice and they made the whole process smooth and easy-going for me.

Big shoutout to these guys for the Honda Civic. It is perfect. Richard was amazing and incredibly helpful. he was accommodating and made me feel very relaxed. I'm getting on well with my new car. It's been a few months and so far it's all good, touchwood.

Matthew was absolutely spot on. He dealt with everything incredibly professionally and he made everything go through very smoothly. I got a fair deal on the car and would highly recommend Hollins cars. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and I felt very reassured.

I’m still really happy with everything, and the car is absolutely lovely, I love it so much. It’s a great vehicle, and I couldn’t be more pleased with it. The customer service was amazing, hands down a 10/10 experience. They made sure I was comfortable and explained everything thoroughly. They said we were always welcome to return if any issues came up, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.

Love the Vaxuhall. I had a slight hiccup but the dealership were on it straight away and got it sorted for me so I cannot fault them. They ran through everything with me and answered all my questions, so can't ask for more.

Getting on well with the Hyundai. Customer service was excellent, they talked through everything and were amazing. I cannot fault them at all. Everything I wanted they did.

Much of the work was done beforehand over the phone. This was handled in a very friendly and constructive way. On arrival they handled all the paperwork while we tried the car. I don't think it could have gone more smoothly. We are delighted with the car.
