Awful company

Purchased my daughters first car, faults with it from beginning, lost faith in garage ability to find fault and fix - gave them 5 months to do so with great inconvenience to my daughter. They dragged their heels during the 5 months, car was in and out of workshop totalling a period of 40 days. I eventually rejected the vehicle (not fit for purpose) Mark the owner then argued that a full refund was not due due to length of time we had the car (albeit it was in garage so long). We went into dispute over offer of refund - we came away from offer 600 loss…. Not a good experience. I can’t recommend this garage.

Stay clear Dishonest garage please read !!!!! Sold me a car unfit for purpose many issues with it, such as a oil leak, trans fluid leaking on exhaust, exhaust rubbers broke, spark plugs melted so made the car misfire, electric issues, and to top it off the electrics on the fan was not even connected so the engine over heated and almost seized, luckily I turned the engine of just in time. On further inspection they had not bothered putting oil in engine as it was almost empty No break fluid either “very concerning” the owners attitude was.. I don’t care bring it back.. there was no sorry or are you ok I stated I would need to recover costs and to get the engine running again from the garage Which amounted to over 1k as it wouldn’t start They purchased the vehicle 3 years prior to me buying it as I found the original owner he stated there was many faults but clearly the garage didn’t fix and left it to me to risk my life driving it back home. After pushing a little they Then offered me a measly £250 But at this point I was done with the crookedness from this garage, I new they where dodgy so took there pathetic tight offer Just so I was not at a complete loss financially! Make sure you bring a Machanic with you Or prepare to have a nasty garage bill “Dishonest garage be aware”

After having a bad experience in the past I am a very dubious car buyer. Thankfully I have found a dealer that I will use for now and the furtive. The car and service that I received was brilliant. The owner opened after he had closed on a Sunday afternoon, he turned up with his son and showed me the car I called about and then left me to it. No sales patter, no nonsense, no worries. I’ve now owned the car for 6 months and it hasn’t missed a beat. Highly recommended.

Purchased a Freelander from Holly Tree Cars, The car is s total can of worms.. Supposed to be s 4x4,. One of the drive shafts had been taken off... I was totally ripped off by Mark the dealer

Having purchased a car from Hollytree car sales in Waterlooville this time last year, would I buy from them again? the answer would be No! I have had nothing but issues with my car since the day of driving it away. RAC breakdown out within a few weeks of purchasing.They were willing to help at times but quite often we'd take it back as arranged and problems weren't sorted due to wrong part or a previous job over running, this happened on a few occasions, we are also out of pocket having to pay for some parts. At times hard to get hold of them for one reason or another. Over the first 6 months we were back and forth numerous times.

Brought a car from Holly Tree Cars (Sept 2018) I've had nothing but problems with the car..£300 to put right. And now more problems with the car..A can of worms.

Purchased a car from Holly Tree Cars on( September/2018,Had nothing but problems with the car.Cost me a small fortune to put the car right.Dont buy from this dealership unless you want serious problems..I was told by a top machenic that Hollytree Cars Ltd,have doctor ed my car (Electronic s ) to run for a while..One big rip off... Recently purchased my new Mercedes CLS from Mark and his team at Hollytree Cars. It's the sixth car that I've purchased over the years and quiet honestly I would not go anywhere else. Mark is the exception to the rule, his no pressure, relaxed and honest approach to his customers and business is refreshing to say the least. From start to finish Mark took care of everything, nothing was to much hassle, from transferring my private plate to a full service, new MOT and RAC cover. I can't rate them enough and will continue to recommended them to everyone that comments on my beautiful new car.
