Bought a car from Hope Motor Company in Wrexham, battery failed, called them, they came to my workplace with a new battery no problem. Had another small issue, rang them diagnostic straight away, found the fault ordered the part straight away. I cannot fault their after sales, what a great dealership, I love my car and would recommend these to anyone looking for a great deal, with confidence that you'll be looked after, even after you leave the dealership.

I recently bought a Vauxhall from Hope Motor Company, which at the start was fine, however many issues arose and had to keep going back to the dealership. I now have no confidence in the car or dealership and wouldn't recommend. The man was very nice but tried blaming me for some issues which i'm positive weren't my fault. They did do a good part exchange price on the plus side.

I have had my BMW for a few months now and all seems well. I have had one small issue with it but nothing too major, The dealers were helpful and pleasant and the process was fairly straight forward. I would recommend.

Bought my mini from here, my first car! It's been a great car, and was a really good price. Had to take it back because of a minor leak, and the guys here were lovely :) Honestly run, because they want customers to return- we definitely will
