A trusted dealership I can finally trust! My recent purchase purchase of the Mercedes GLA220 was meant to be, and I couldn't be happier with it. David, who assisted me throughout the process, was simply outstanding as he was with my first car that I purchased from him. He's always on the other end of the phone to help if needed, and he made sure everything went smoothly. I originally purchased an Audi from David through eBay five years ago, and when I came to sell it as expected I had tyre kickers and time wasters during the sale. I contacted David for some additional paperwork and to my surprise, he offered to buy it back. I was in the market for a Mercedes GLA, he coincidentally had one available, and he happily carried out the exchange by arranging for my old car in Sunderland to be collected and delivering the Mercedes to me. It felt like fate! If I could, I'd rate David and the dealership 10 out of 5 stars.

I'm someone who values honesty, and I won't shy away from sharing my true experience at this dealership but it's been exceptional. Everything with my Astra has been amazing since driving it away. I mostly use it for daily commutes to work and school runs but it's getting the job done. David has been amazing from start to finish, I'd rate him 100 out of 10 if I could. This was my first time purchasing a car on finance, and he helped me every step of the way to make sure It was all done right. He has always been responsive to any questions I had and nothing was to much trouble for him. I've already recommend him to 4 people who I work with. Despite initially feeling out of my depth as a woman, David ensured I felt comfortable and well looked after every step of the way. He even went out of his way to make me aware that the heated seat didn't work and ordered the part straight away to get it sorted, it's not something I would have noticed with it being summer so I truly don't have anything bad to say. I couldn't recommend Horizon Prestige enough x

For the time my son has driven his Vauxhall Corsa, he's really enjoyed it. He's currently just learning to drive in it, so it's only been out a handful of times, but I think it's motivated him a little bit more to pass. I was with my son on the day and David was brilliant to do business with. I've not had any issues along the way so I've got no reason to not give top marks.
