My new Mini Countryman has been my new daily car since May, and I'm really pleased with it. David, who couldn't have done enough for me on the day, is exactly the type of person you want to buy a car from. He was very informative about the entire process, patient with all my questions, and made sure I had a great experience.

I'm someone who values honesty, and I won't shy away from sharing my true experience at this dealership but it's been exceptional. Everything with my Astra has been amazing since driving it away. I mostly use it for daily commutes to work and school runs but it's getting the job done. David has been amazing from start to finish, I'd rate him 100 out of 10 if I could. This was my first time purchasing a car on finance, and he helped me every step of the way to make sure It was all done right. He has always been responsive to any questions I had and nothing was to much trouble for him. I've already recommend him to 4 people who I work with. Despite initially feeling out of my depth as a woman, David ensured I felt comfortable and well looked after every step of the way. He even went out of his way to make me aware that the heated seat didn't work and ordered the part straight away to get it sorted, it's not something I would have noticed with it being summer so I truly don't have anything bad to say. I couldn't recommend Horizon Prestige enough x

For the time my son has driven his Vauxhall Corsa, he's really enjoyed it. He's currently just learning to drive in it, so it's only been out a handful of times, but I think it's motivated him a little bit more to pass. I was with my son on the day and David was brilliant to do business with. I've not had any issues along the way so I've got no reason to not give top marks.

I've been really enjoying my Jaguar F-Pace, it's been a great car, and I've already put quite a few miles on it in the short time I've had it. David was exceptional once again. Having bought a car from him before, I can confidently say he's always been brilliant. He's incredibly informative, and I trust what he tells me about the cars I'm interested in. To top it off, he went above and beyond by delivering the car to my house since I couldn't collect it myself. I'd happily return for another car.

Despite being unfamiliar with Horizon Prestige prior to discovering them on Facebook, I was immediately drawn to their offerings. As a parent of three, I was in search of a vehicle that could comfortably accommodate my growing family. The BMW X5, with it being a 7-seater, seemed like the perfect fit for our needs. David, our sales executive, was a standout. His honesty was refreshing. He openly discussed a few minor issues with the car, ensuring we were fully informed before making our decision. This level of integrity is rare in today’s market, and it only solidified our decision to proceed with the purchase. My partner and I are extremely satisfied with our new BMW X5. The minor issues David mentioned have not detracted from our enjoyment of the car. In fact, his honesty has only increased our trust in Horizon Prestige.

I am absolutely over the moon with my new Vauxhall Corsa! This is the second car we’ve purchased for my son from David at Horizon Prestige in Dunstable. Our sons initial car was unfortunately involved in an accident and was deemed a write-off. However, David’s support during this challenging time was first-class. He guided us through the insurance process, ensuring we knew what to expect. When we decided to buy another car, David went above and beyond. He didn’t market it until we had personally inspected it, and he even gave us the first opportunity to purchase. His fairness and transparency were truly amazing. If I could score David higher than five, I would do.

Everything is now in perfect order with my Mercedes, and it’s been a joy to drive. I did encounter a minor hiccup with one of the ABS indicators, but that’s where the true quality of service shone through. David was nothing short of brilliant. He promptly came to collect the car from my house, sparing me the inconvenience of having to drop it off. He then worked on the issue and had it sorted out in no time. A few days later, he personally returned the car to my doorstep. His response to the issue was swift, professional, and utterly commendable. Before choosing this service, I read through numerous reviews, and I can now confidently say that they all live up to the hype. The aftercare was particularly impressive, ensuring that I was completely satisfied with the work done. My Mercedes is now running smoothly, and I couldn’t be happier. I would rate the service a solid 4.5 stars. The only reason it’s not a 5 is because I reserve that rating for myself! 🤣
