I've been really enjoying my Jaguar F-Pace, it's been a great car, and I've already put quite a few miles on it in the short time I've had it. David was exceptional once again. Having bought a car from him before, I can confidently say he's always been brilliant. He's incredibly informative, and I trust what he tells me about the cars I'm interested in. To top it off, he went above and beyond by delivering the car to my house since I couldn't collect it myself. I'd happily return for another car.

As a parent of three, I was in search of a vehicle that could comfortably accommodate my growing family. The BMW X5, with it being a 7-seater, seemed like the perfect fit for our needs. David, our sales executive, was a standout. His honesty was refreshing. He openly discussed a few minor issues with the car, ensuring we were fully informed before making our decision. This level of integrity is rare in today’s market, and it only solidified our decision to proceed with the purchase. My partner and I are extremely satisfied with our new BMW X5. The minor issues David mentioned have not detracted from our enjoyment of the car. In fact, his honesty has only increased our trust in Horizon Prestige.

I am absolutely over the moon with my new Vauxhall Corsa! This is the second car we’ve purchased for my son from David at Horizon Prestige in Dunstable. Our sons initial car was unfortunately involved in an accident and was deemed a write-off. However, David’s support during this challenging time was first-class. He guided us through the insurance process, ensuring we knew what to expect. Everything is now in perfect order with my Mercedes, and it’s been a joy to drive. I did encounter a minor hiccup with one of the ABS indicators, but that’s where the true quality of service shone through. David was nothing short of brilliant. He promptly came to collect the car from my house, sparing me the inconvenience of having to drop it off. He then worked on the issue and had it sorted out in no time. A few days later, he personally returned the car to my doorstep. His response to the issue was swift, professional, and utterly commendable. Before choosing this service, I read through numerous reviews, and I can now confidently say that they all live up to the hype. The aftercare was particularly impressive, ensuring that I was completely satisfied with the work done. My Mercedes is now running smoothly, and I couldn’t be happier. I would rate the service a solid 4.5 stars. The only reason it’s not a 5 is because I reserve that rating for myself! 🤣
