I have not actually collected my Mercedes yet because I'm waiting for the V5 documents to arrive because I am going to be changing the plate over. David at Horizon Prestige has been amazing so far with everything, a lovely guy to deal with, so happy with the service and would use this dealership again in the future and highly recommend them to others.

I am very pleased with the car. very pleased indeed, the Seat Ibiza is driving perfectly and the car is all round perfect and I love it. David was brilliant from start to finish. This car compared to my pervious car is quite the upgrade, I had a Fiesta first but it got written off, then I had a little Polo and it just didn't work like it should of. It got to a point and I thought to my self, right its time for a newer, better, more reliable car. I decided to come down to Horizon Prestige and I saw the Seat and I loved it, I love it even more now its mine! I liked how David carried the sale, he was so open and honest, so easy to chat to and answered all of my questions. This is just what you want when purchasing a car.

I came down to Horizon Prestige for a little upgrade, I had an older Renault Clio and I needed a newer car, I went for a Vauxhall Corsa that is four years newer than the Renault. I am very happy with it and I am enjoying being behind the wheel, its a brilliant little car and does everything I need it to. The staff member, David was great and was a massive help, he was lovely and just all round brilliant. Thank you for all of your help!

An absolute 10/10 dealership! 10/10 customer service and certainly 10/10 car (Merc B180). The process was pretty unbelievable, we did the deal with in 5 minuets. I called the guy that runs it, went down, I had a look at the car, within 15 minuets I was driving home with the car and it has been perfection ever since. Any sort of question I fired at the sales advisor he answered, he is such a honest and truthful guy and that is really rear to find in car dealers now a days, especially with the reputation they have. He was highly knowledgeable, so helpful and just all round hit the nail on the head- 10/10! We will go back to Horizon Prestige, once you find a good car dealer you have got to stick with them and it so happens we have just came across the best car dealer I have ever seen. Keep up the good work!

I would just like to say the guy dealing with me down at this smashing little dealership was hands down amazing, it was a really really good experience to say the least. I noticed I had small issue with he head light and as soon as I let him know he very kindly got it sorted in the click of the fingers. He was really really good honestly, I am so happy with all aspects of this sale. David was so accommodating and so friendly, so understanding. It was all about me. It was - what suited me best. what my price rage was, dead customer focused and just how it should be. I have had a few cars similar to this ( BMW 520D) and I love it so much! Genuinely the best.

I was looking for a car for a while until I came across a beautiful little dealership (Horizon Prestige) and it was such a great experience from start so finish, I am happy all over to be honest. The Renault Clio is running really well for the age of it! I found the staff to be so helpful and friendly and most of all easy to talk to and get along with. Nothing was forced in the slightest. P.S I believe there is always room for improvement no matter what it is and non of us are perfect.. but I will give it the highest 4 there is. 😉

I come to Horizon Prestige down in Dunstable and it was a wonderful experience/trip all round. I informed David that I was missing some matts but came to the realisation it would probably be that the valet team didn't put them back in whilst valeting the car, as soon as I let David know it was sorted and the matts were sent out and I had received them in just 2 days. It was pretty cool really and I couldn't of been happier. During the time I spent at the dealership I felt so comfortable and felt as if I was to able to ask any question or query. I would recommend anyone else who is searching for a new motor and I know that I would come back to Horizon Prestige based on how excellent my last experience was here.

What stood out to me whilst going through with the purchase was just the friendliness of the staff and how helpful they were towards me. Firstly they picked me up form the station and took me down to the dealership which was a huge help, secondly they were so welcoming and so facilitating throughout. I am really enjoying driving the BMW520D its a really lovely car and drives brilliantly. Based on my recent experience I would rate Horizon Prestige 5/5 with a top mark rating because of their A1 service.

The Mercedes I recently purchased from Horizon Prestige is absolutely fantastic, it is a marvellous car. David was the gentleman that assisted me and he was absolutely brilliant, he couldn't have done enough for me.
