We wouldn't normally feed a troll but here goes! I'll go through the points one by one. one star for dealers knowledge ? - 38 years in business as I write this, and tens of thousands of vehicles sold, you would think by now we would have even a little bit of knowledge, but if you think that one star, that says more about you than us. We don't proclaim to know everything but I think it is fair to say we have a good knowledge, certainly better than 1 star! but your entitled to your view, but it's a bit suspect. One star for vehicle cleanliness ? - Several hundred cars sold each year, and everyone gets a full valet by a local independent professional valeting company, when we receive the cars back from getting them valeted, we carefully check them over again and do a quick tidy up before a customer collects them, again this is surprising to get one star, considering you never complained at the time, so either this is a lie, or just a spiteful and nasty review. I'll leave readers to decide. And just to add, we have never had a customer complain about this ever - until now that is. We will continue to monitor the situation. One star for value for money ? - well you bought a car yourself (allegedly), I am sure you are the type of person who likes value for money and I imagine you would have compared prices with your purchase at the time, so one star may be a bit low considering you bought a car - why did you do this if it was not good value for money? One star for resolving issues ? - for us to do this, we actually need to be informed of an actual issue, as you will be fully aware, you have NEVER contacted us with any issue, and if you had they would have been addressed fully by us at the time. As for your comment about "threats and lies" again, as you are fully aware this NEVER happened either and is a complete fabrication of your over active imagination. How could we have, when you have never been in contact, as you know.
