I'm still getting used to my new Nissan Juke, its such a lovely car and considering I went for the best car for value against the deal, I ended up with a very nice car. I had a Seat Leon before-hand so the drive is very difference, but I like the height, I don't think I'll ever have a low car again. The car is red with black accents so it looks very snazzy. No problems with the staff here, they explained everything well and was upfront with all details.

During my time with Hot Car Leasing I dealt with a few different people, mainly Adam, Anthony and the lovely Rebecca. Everybody so kind and helpful, nothing was too much bother for anyone. Rebecca was a god send, although her job role probably doesn't extend to the requests I had, she moved heaven and earth to facilitate and make the deal happen. Every single person made sure I got the car I wanted and when I wanted it. Lovely bunch of people to deal with, I couldn't be more pleased with the Peugeot 3008, the deal and price, and the service from Hot Car Leasing.

I got my Audi A6 from this company recently and its absolutely fantastic, the car is by far the best car I've ever owned. It's surprisingly very economical but still extremely fast, the power behind the wheel is such a thrill, great performance! I cannot pick a single fault with Hot Car Leasing, they were on the ball with everything. Initially I sent an email with various questions, I had a prompt reply with a full breakdown of details explaining what I needed. There was no pushy sales rep behind the email, just very helpful and informative response. I liked their non-pressured selling and decided to take the plunge and ordered a new Audi A6. The car is unreal, the modernised technology and gadgets inside is crazy, its been fun figuring it all out and finding uses for everything. A stunning car inside and out, exactly what I wanted. All staff very helpful and friendly, everything went smoothly and the staff worked hard to get everything completed quicker than expected. I went ahead with a Volvo and its a very good car. Its great for the family and lots room inside the car and the boot. I would go back to this company in the future.

Very smooth and straight forward process, I was always kept informed of everything by Adam, he provided great customer service. I bought a BMW 320i M Sport and its such a nice car I've certainly had some fun getting to know it and its limits 👀🚘💨 Really happy with the car and extremely impressed with Adam and the service he provided.

I was a little worried about leasing a car, I've always had cars on a PCP agreement, that way you go to the garage, you get to see and test drive the car etc, so when it came to leasing and doing everything online and over the phone I was sceptical. I was in contact with Adam, who was fantastic by the way, he talked me through everything from start to finish and really put my mind at ease. He promised a 2 week time turnaround from applying to delivering the new Polo... time frames were exceeded and the car arrived early and everything was spot on. It's a cracking little car and I'm thoroughly enjoying driving it. I knew I was in good hands through the process and I will 100% recommend on to others, especially Adam and his secretary (I forgot her name but she was mega helpful) I couldn't imagine going anywhere else next time I'm due a change.

A very quick and easy process using this business. I ordered my Wife a Vauxhall Corsa and from the moment we contacted hot car leasing they were absolutely spot on, faultless. The car arrived exactly when agreed and pristine condition as expected. I am so happy with my Nissan Juke, its so lovely to drive and very easy on the eye, it looks great outside my house, I'm very proud of it. I had a Ford before so there's a bit of difference in the handling and drive of the car, but on the whole, its much nicer and more modern than the Ford, I'm glad I've finally made the change. I cannot recommend Hot Car leasing any more, they were utterly fantastic, I've never received service like it. I had a call every few days to update me on the progress, they were so kind and helpful in every aspect. Zero complaints from me, I'm just a happy customer happy to recommend the business to others.
