I'd been in the market for a new car a while when I decided to check lease deals through my limited company. It worked better for me actually as they're competitively priced and more efficient tax wise, so I decided to give it a try. I can't fault a thing - Everything went really smoothly and the team at hot car leasing have been absolutely spot on. I'm definitely converted and will be leasing all my cars going forwards!

Hot Car Leasing aren't exactly local to home, but my cousin spoke so highly of them I went with his recommendation. I am absolutely over the moon with everything - The car, the process, the customer service...everything was absolutely spot on. They kept me really well informed throughout the whole process, and their communication was on point. I had loads of daft questions having never leased a car before...silly questions about insurance, servicing etc and the guys were always at the end of the phone to tell me everything I needed, whenever I needed it. I honestly felt as if I was there only customer, so I'm writing this review to express my sincere appreciation for everything they've done for me. If I could award higher than 5 stars I absolutely would - Its genuinely well deserved.

This is the second car I've leased from HCL, and I decided to come back to them because there's nobody better. Their customer service is absolutely outstanding., and that applies to both the initial enquiry stage AND throughout the lease contract. Someone's always on the other end of the phone for anything you might need, and they answer straight away...no huge waiting times of 45mins+ on hold!! I say that because my husband's leased a car through a different provider & he's had a terrible experience, so this just reaffirms how good HCL are. They got me into a new car before my contract came to an end, and ensured it got delivered the same day my old one was collected - Completely stress free! If you're looking for a company who you can trust wholeheartedly, lease a car from HCL. We wouldn't go anywhere else, and my husband can't wait to make the switch!

We've just driven down & back from my fathers birthday celebrations - I've had the car about a moth now & have put too many miles on it, so thought it was a good time to leave a review. We've got a fair few older cars at home but their reliability was becoming questionable, so we started looking around at lease deals. Hot Car Leasing stood out from the crowd as their communication's been nothing short of brilliant from the moment we made our initial enquiry. I suppose I'm pretty experienced when it comes to leasing cars, as that's what I've done for the past 5 or 6 vehicles I've had. My daughter & I needed an upgrade so I started shopping around for the two of us - There's such a wide variety of lease deals around these days it's important to be well-researched - It can save you an extra £50+ a month sometimes, which really adds up over a year or two! Hot Car leasing popped up & they had a great selection of cars at competitive prices. They weren't the cheapest, but I didn't mind paying a little bit more for added peace of mind. They've got rave reviews online & I think it's safe to say they lived up to my expectations. Their communication was clear throughout & I would;n't hesitate to return when it's time for a change.

I ordered my VW Golf online and spoke to the guys at Hot Car Leasing over the phone quite frequently. They were generally very good at keeping me updated and were polite and friendly every time I spoke to them. They had a decent deal for the VW Golf but it did take a bit of time to get delivered. Luckily it was worth the wait as it is really nice and comfortable to drive. I am just still figuring out what all the buttons do now as there are so many.

My experience with Hot Car leasing has been fantastic and I love the car. As a bonus I got the car sooner than expected 🤩The communication from Hot Car Leasing was clear and precise and was updated regularly. I would definitely use them again and have recommended them to friends and family.

I cannot thank Hot Car Leasing in Shrewsbury enough. I easily score these 5 stars. The service was fast and reliable, and I even got my Peugeot two months before the expected delivery date. You cannot ask much more than that, can you!
